Finance Manager

For our client, a prestigious hotel, renowned for its excellence in hospitality on the Montenegrin coast,  Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Finance Manager.
 
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) within their organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting, control systems, and processes by industry standards and best practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the USALI across all financial functions within the hotel.
Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with USALI and local financial regulations.
Evaluation of all financial in-house practices and policies with subsequent enhancements.
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cash management.
 Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts by USALI standards.

Position Requirements:

Job description

Person on this position will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall quality of a manufactured product – that it is safe, reliable and meets customer expectations. Quality Engineer will be maintaining the production process by keeping it as efficient and cost-effective as possible, as well as fixing any potential issues in cooperation with production and Quality Laboratory. Person on that position will be as well engaged with supplier quality and will solve problems related to incoming material, supplier auditing and continues improvement.

Define quality standards that products should meet and devise testing methods
Supervise and review quality documentation related to production as needed.
Identify and fix quality issues with the manufacturing process and products
Monitor the entire cycle, looking for malfunctions and productivity issues
Update Quality Management Systems (QMS) with incidents, repairs and improvements
Prepare general reports and approve Quality Laboratory results
Take decision related to produced batches based on Quality Laboratory results
Develop and execute statistical process controls utilizing apt quality tools and statistical techniques.
