Job description
– Responsible for all company entities on the territory of Serbia
– Ensure the compliance of the Financial Statements either in front of Group reporting or local jurisdictions
– Preparation of the monthly / quarterly / yearly reports
– Leading new accounting processes and streamlining existing processes
– Support the digital transformation projects
– Being the first point of contact in accounting matters to stake holders, such as management, business, authorities, process owners, internal and external auditors
– Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
– Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
– Lead and implement changes driven by the local laws
– Own the accounting related internal key controls
– Animate the local accounting team members

Position Requirements
– Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
– 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar position
– Experience with accounting systems (SAP ERP is a strong advantage)
– Open minded, flexible, problem solving skills and team oriented person
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
