For our client Philip Morris International Company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Portfolio Production & Deployment Executive

Job description

– Contributes to reduce risk products and conventional volume and market share through the development and planning of tactical material, sales and marketing.
– Manages and plans sales cycle activities within marketing among relevant internal clients – departments for the development and marketing ofconventional cigarettes.
– Operational support to the RRP portfolio team: preparation of passive communication design.
– Technical support to the marketing team: tactical/minor development – activity calendar, budget tracking, campaign support, performance indicator monitoring, collaboration with various stakeholders across Southeast Europe, refreshing designs for frequent changes.
– Oversees the work of external agencies to achieve set goals through efficient use of brand materials and ensures activities are in line with PMI policies and marketing codes.
– Technical support for internal engagements to maintain motivation and achieve high-level results.
– Budget and invoice tracking: oversees and controls all third-party invoices and reports on whether agencies comply with best business practices and standards.

Position Requirements

– Bachelor degree, preferably with a focus on marketing
– Excellent analytical skills
– Independent, accurate work according to standards and regulations
– Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking
– Strong communication as well as a confident and competent manner
– Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat
– Knowledge of Figma and 3D software is a plus
– English at least B2, better C1

Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Overseeing the complete brand lifecycle, including participation in the development and introduction of new products
Planning and executing brand placement and positioning strategies across all markets
Overseeing and implementing market research to proactively adjust brand strategy in response to changing conditions, emerging trends, and consumer habits
Managing the allocated brand budget efficiently and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet marketing objectives

Monitoring trade marketing initiatives for alignment with brand objectives

Job description:
Communication Coordinator will be engaged in the Representative Office of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in Serbia (Helvetas SRB). Main duties and responsibilities include:  

Ensure high visibility of SDC supported project ““For an Active Civil Society Together – ACT Phase 2”, in traditional and social media;
Ensure smooth implementation of ACT Communication Strategy, including:

Establish and maintain relationships with the CSO community and especially the ACT partners; 
Ensure high visibility of ACT partners’ project activities;
Actively participate in creating success stories about the ACT project and its partners;
Lead the development and implementation of Communication Guidelines for all ACT partners in close consultation with the ACT team;
Support ACT partner CSOs and other civil society partners in developing their communication and visibility capacities.

Establish and maintain good working relations with local and national media and maintain a positive public image of ACT project and Helvetas SRB in the public;
Establish and maintain contacts with various collaborating partners at the local level, national level, other relevant civil society organizations and networks as well as with local governance initiatives and donor initiatives;
Maintain relationship with communication department/officers of the Swiss Embassy, Helvetas Head Office and Helvetas Eastern Europe Regional Communication Manager.

Position requirements:

University degree in social sciences (Media and Communications, Marketing, Political Sciences) or related subject;
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the civil society sector;
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications/PR/marketing;
Advanced level of English language, written and spoken;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Previous experience of working in national or international non-governmental organization and/or national or international donor entity will be considered as an advantage.
