HR Manager
On behalf of our client, new investor in Serbia with start-up project of manufacturing steel products, we are searching for motivated candidates for the HR Manager role. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and ensuring that our HR practices align with our company's values and objectives.
Job description
Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build a strong employer brand and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms.
Onboarding and Employee Integration:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process that ensures new
employees have a smooth transition into the company.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources for new hires to excel in their roles.
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages camaraderie and collaboration among team members.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing and resolving issues promptly and fairly.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive
workplace culture.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management:
• Develop and oversee a performance management system that includes regular
evaluations, goal-setting, and career development planning.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support in
addressing performance challenges.
Learning and Development:
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for employees at all levels.
HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure company-wide adherence to legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist employees in understanding their benefits and address queries related to
compensation and benefits.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working within production company.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
