Sales Manager
On behalf of our client, a company for freight forwarding and logistics transport services, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the position of Sales Manager.
Job description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in road transport services and logistics.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in EU and non-EU markets, including Turkey, Switzerland, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Lead global road transport tenders, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and result
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in road transport services and logistics.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a portfolio of satisfied customers.
- Deep understanding of transportation market dynamics and conditions.
- Experience in conducting global road transport tenders.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
