Job description

• Work on the conclusion and maintenance of administrative and economic contracts:rental of premises and furniture, cleaning, garbage disposal (household waste),heating, consumption of water, gas, compressed air, electricity, Internet services,communication services, security services, contracts for the transportation of personnel, materials, samples for analysis, correspondence, etc.
• Working with document management system, sending and exchanging documents between offices.
• Work with the budget in terms of contracts in the area of responsibility – cost
forecasting, submitting information to the accounting department, receiving and
processing invoices, and payment control.
• Accounting staff working hours (tracking attendance, sick leave, vacations), providing passes.
• Assistance and support in finding rented accommodation for relocated employees, assistance and support in all stages of obtaining work permits and long-term residence permits.
• Ordering for purchase, issuance of protective clothing and means of protection,
control of terms of its use, and the conclusion of contracts for washing and repair of protective clothing.
• Providing the office with office supplies, furniture, communications, hygiene products, small supplies, tea and coffee materials and drinking water, maintenance/rental of coolers, printer consumables, printing paper, and others.
• Work with line departments to secure requisitions for office equipment, passes, etc.
• Assist in communication between Serbian-speaking staff and relocated staff.
• Represent the company’s interests in local administration and various governmental organizations.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or coursework is a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a production or similar
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Fluency in Russian and English both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Industrial Manufacturing Engineer

Job descrption:
– Responsible for achieving the agreed targets in terms  of production
– Responsibility for the acquisition of new machining targets
– Preparation of micro planning of machine capacity’s
– Production flow thru machining and assembly in way of technology solutions connect with CAM and effectiveness of machining department
– Analysis and daily  monitoring of flowchart in production cycle including reporting to supervisor of production and project team
– Project responsibility with regard to deadlines and costs
– Opportunity to develop into a managing position

– Mechanical or Industrial engineer
– Minimum work experience of  3-5years
– Good technical know-how of CAD/CAM and CNC machining and assembly
– LEAN Management Structured, logical thinking in complex contexts

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving the agreed targets in terms of sales and earnings
Responsibility for the acquisition of new customer projects-       Preparation of calculations and offers as well as proper and timely order processing for new tooling, maintenance and other services
Conducting contract and price negotiations
Checking and preparation  necessary documentation in RFQ-OFFER process time and also rechecking of all income documentation from customer side
Analysis of market trends and active identification of new growth areas within your accounts as well as creation of a roadmap for the coming years in the respective area of ​​responsibility
Cross-departmental management and coordination of project management
Project responsibility with regard to deadlines and costs
Knowledge of sheet metal forming process. Tool concept, lay out and design. Technology process in toolshop as well as knowledge of materials and standard parts implementation and costs
Creation of all technical data and documents required for complete manufacturing process
Monitoring of the project status with reporting to Director and periodic reporting to customer side


Mechanical or Industrial engineer
Minimum of 2-3years experience in technical sales
Good technical and economic know-how of forming technology processes(progressive and transfer tools) with accent on tool design and manufacturing process in automotive industry
Good CAD skills
Customer orientation
Structured, logical thinking in complex contexts
Analytical thinking, assertiveness and organizational skills
Team and communication skills
Flexibility and commitment
Systematic and methodical way of working
Very good knowledge of English (at least B1 – preferably B2) and willingness to travel worldwide
