ERP Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes, ManpowerGroup Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of: ERP Business Analyst
Job description:
– Support in analyzing business problems and contributing to ERP/CRM solution development.
– Act as a supporting Business Analyst/Product Owner in sectors like Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
– Assist in process improvement initiatives by applying industry best practices.
– Collaborate in defining and approving business requirements with business users.
– Participate in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
– Help in mapping business processes, user journeys, and conducting gap analysis.
– Assist in documenting BRDs, FSDs, NFRs, RTMs; engage in project planning and support.
– Contribute to the development of UAT cases and support functional change adoption among end users.
– Participate in business development activities, such as supporting RFI/RFP responses.
Job requirements:
– Moderate experience in a similar role (2+ years)
– Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
– Relevant certifications in ERP/CRM systems or Business Analysis are a plus.
– Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce).
– Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to research and support innovative solution development.
– Effective communication with a range of stakeholders.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
– Some consulting experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods.
– Experience in business analysis and project support.
– Knowledge of requirements capturing methods and basic analytical skills.
– Exposure to or interest in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, SCRUM).
– Openness to travel and work across different time zones.
– Good command of English and Russian language (professional level) is a must
