Opis posla:

Zahtevi pozicije:

Project Quality Engineer

On behalf of our client, the Japanese automotive company Nidec Electric Motor, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated person candidate to accept the challenge and successfully fulfill the position: Project Quality Engineer.

Job description

▪ Follows defined quality goals in accordance with the company's Quality Policy and defined project goals
▪ Responsible for PPAP documentation preparation, submission, and approval on delegated projects
▪ Provides support to Global PQE in the APQP process for defined projects from nomination to C phase
▪ Manages the development of the project from the Quality side from the C phase to the completion of the “safe launch”
▪ Regularly maintains contact with the customer regarding problems that arise during the development phase of the project
▪ Communicates requirements and agreements with the customer within the factory
▪ Participates with other colleagues in the preparation of quality documents (control plan, P-FMEA, production documentation)
▪ Prepares project approval in the factory and accompanying de-documentation
▪ In the event of a customer complaint, contacts the customer, initiates and implements the 8D process and verifies corrective activities
▪ Participates in control visits/audits of the customer and third parties as well as in internal checks
▪ Maintains direct contact with the customer regarding quality (incidents, new implementations, product or process modification, specific customer requirements)
▪ Participates in solving internal and external quality problems within the factory and at the customer, organizes selections in case of non-compliant products
▪ Monitors and reports on the implementation of specific customer requirements
▪ Actively participates in QRQC production, QRQC factories and supervises the QRQC process on production lines
▪ Monitors whether the production process is in accordance with the customer's defined requirements, controls SPPC indicators
▪ Prepares documentation in accordance with technical documentation and specific customer requirements
▪ Implements the MSA process related to control and measurement systems in serial production
▪ In the case of a quality incident, the 24h/5d/10d rule applies
▪ Implements methods of viewing specific characteristics
▪ Responsible for the preparation and regular revision of control plans and accompanying Quality documentation
▪ Monitors customer portals in order to stay informed with the latest customer complaints, modifications and enhancement requests

Position Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s/Master’s in technical science
▪ Experience in same or similar position will be consider as asset
▪ Experience with the Automotive Core Tools will be consider as asset
▪ English language – advanced level

Supplier Quality Engineer

On behalf of our client, the Japanese automotive company Nidec Electric Motor, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated person candidate to accept the challenge and successfully fulfill the position: Supplier Quality Engineer.

Job description

▪ Defining the supplier quality objectives for the project
▪ Evaluating the risks for the project
▪ Maintain supplier contact concerning quality issues during the project
▪ Communication of project agreements/demands of the customer on a regional level
▪ Preparation of quality documents with the team members (feasibility studies, control plan, inspection plan, D-/P-FMEA, production documentation)
▪ Coordination of approvals process at the supplier production sites
▪ Establishing, maintaining and improving the supplier quality system and supplier development in the commodity according to IATF 16949 and Nidec standards
▪ Perform audits on new and existing suppliers, with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality performance of the supplier, and provide relevant information into supplier selection decision forums and supplier quality management
▪ Guide the suppliers in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and approve the result of the suppliers APQP work (PPAP sign off)
▪ Develop strategic suppliers in terms of quality performance
▪ Validation and conclusion of open complains
▪ Support other functions (local SQA, R&D Engineers, Commodity Buyers) with commodity expertise
▪ Support new projects development as “SQE Project”)

Position Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (quality, industrial, mechanical, electrical)
▪ 3 or more years of relevant professional experience
▪ Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP and APQP
▪ Fluency in English

Junior Customer Support Representative

On behalf of our client, CCBill, a company focused on designing and developing world-class cloud solutions and services for customers of all sizes, specialized in performance, security and availability, Manpower Serbia is searching for a candidate who will successfully fulfill the position of Junior Customer Support Representative.

Job Function:

Responsible for resolving email, and work-related notifications
Ensures that the specific customer issues are addressed and resolved to completion
Responsible for researching and resolving credit card billing inquiries
Initiates customer escalations to internal teams and CCBill merchants to customer needs are met
Properly notating customer interactions and issues in the Admin to ensure proper follow up

    Job Requirement

Very good/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Intermediate proficiency with current web browsers
Ability to retain and reapply information learned during day to day interactions with supervisors and management
Ability to effectively operate independently without the need of constant supervision
Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress and difficult customer interactions
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in a call center

Zahtevi pozicije
• Univerzitetska diploma
• Prethodno iskustvo od minimum 5 godina na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
• Prethodno iskustvo na rukovodećoj poziciji od minimum 3 godine
• Rad na računaru i MS Office paket (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Neophodno je korišćenje engleskog jezika na naprednom nivou
