Senior Java Developer

On behalf of our client, FinTech company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Senior Java Developer.

Job description

Designing and delivering high-quality software at scale
Writing clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code
Maintaining product and managing production system.
Owning the delivery throughout all phases of SDLC.
Mentoring where required
Collaborating closely with other Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years designing/building Java backend applications
Strong understanding of RESTful web service design
Extensive experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL is plus)
Development in a modern cloud-based environment and related technologies such as AWS, Docker etc.
Working knowledge of Linux
Maintaining high standards of quality for software
Demonstrate good judgement and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

U ime našeg klijenta, kompanije Fragola Del Futuro, koja se bavi poljoprivredom, odnosno voćarstvom, Manpower Srbija traži motivisane kandidate za poziciju: Agronom plantaže za hidroponičnu proizvodnju malina.

Opis posla:
• Upravljanje plantažom od 1.5 hektara maline u zaštićenim ulovima, prioritetno, i pomoć pri
upravljanju ostalim zasadima kompanije.
• Zaštita i prihrana biljaka u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji kompanije
• Sprovođenje laboratorijskih istraživanja i ispitivanje uslova u kojima se biljke uzgajaju
• Testiranje efikasnosti i organizovanje rada
• Kontrola semenskog materijala i sadnica
• Pružanje stručnih saveta radnicima u poljoprivrednom sektoru firme
• Planiranje, projektovanje, podizanje i proširenje voćnjaka
• Naučnoistraživački rad, usavršavanje
• Upravljanje ljudskim resursima firme u poljoprivrednom sektoru (tim od 6 ljudi) i upravljanje
nadničarima
• Komunikacija sa eksternim konsultantima kompanije i eksploatisanje podizovođača radi boljeg
rezultata berbe
• Upravljanje, organizacija i unapređenje procesa berbe i ostvarivanje projektovanih prinosa

Zahtevi pozicije:
• Poželjno – diploma fakulteta ili više škole poljoprivrednog usmerenja, preferencijalno zaštita bilja
• Iskustvo rada u voćarstvu, posebno i prioritetno sa jagodičastim voćem – malinom, min 3 godine
• Sposobnost za samostalni, ali i timski rad
• Strpljenje u radu sa ljudima
• Umeće i jasnoća komunikacije

Junior Customer Support Representative

On behalf of our client, CCBill, a company focused on designing and developing world-class cloud solutions and services for customers of all sizes, specialized in performance, security and availability, Manpower Serbia is searching for a candidate who will successfully fulfill the position of Junior Customer Support Representative.

Job Function:

Responsible for resolving email, and work-related notifications
Ensures that the specific customer issues are addressed and resolved to completion
Responsible for researching and resolving credit card billing inquiries
Initiates customer escalations to internal teams and CCBill merchants to customer needs are met
Properly notating customer interactions and issues in the Admin to ensure proper follow up

    Job Requirement

High school degree or equivalent education
Ability to be self-motivated and exhibit a high degree of professionalism
Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issue appropriately
General knowledge of basic internet technologies
Very good/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Intermediate proficiency with current web browsers
Ability to retain and reapply information learned during day to day interactions with supervisors and management
Ability to effectively operate independently without the need of constant supervision
Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress and difficult customer interactions
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in a call center
