Senior Accountant

On behalf of our client, new investor in Serbia with start-up project of manufacturing steel products, we are searching for motivated candidates for the Senior Accountant role.

 In this role, you would:

Perform general accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.                                                                                       
Prepare records, analyses and reports accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
Maintain accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, prepare financial reports, cash flow projections and safeguard the organizations assets.

For our client, a prestigious hotel, renowned for its excellence in hospitality on the Montenegrin coast,  Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Finance Manager.
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) within their organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting, control systems, and processes by industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the USALI across all financial functions within the hotel.
Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with USALI and local financial regulations.
