Job Description:

Daily adjustments and maintenance of production equipment

Support during installation of equipment transferred from other factories

Support production regarding safe and correct use of equipment

Electrical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans

Electrical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down

Set-up and adjust robot, laser, vision and other equipment

Light mechanical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans

Light mechanical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down

Support production in tool changes – support of tool setters

PLC programming of production equipment

User of tools within Production System

Robots used in the group are Kawasaki, and ABB mainly

Responsible for the implementation of integrated management system within the allocated processes

Basic facility maintenance

Maintaining cleaning of equipment in cooperation with operators

Suggest and implement improvements of production equipment

Train and monitor safe and correct use of all equipment and tools during daily operation
