Quality End Of Line Engineer
On behalf of our client, international production company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Quality End Of Line Engineer
Job description
– Participates in the process of approval and acceptance of test equipment at suppliers and in the factory as well as in defining new test programs for existing or new products;
– Performs regular checks of correctness and adjustment of control parameters on test equipment as well as necessary corrections and repairs in cooperation with other departments or the supplier (process engineering, maintenance, quality…);
– Develops procedures, trainings and reports related to test equipment;
– Performs regular evaluations of test results (functional and NVH) on test equipment and participates in defining corrective activities for improvement as needed;
– Participates and performs audits (exp. VDA 6.3, IATF16949), FMEA analysis, control plan and feasibility studies if needed
Position Requirements
– Degree in Physics, Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering
– Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in quality and manufacturing processes in automotive industry or electronic engineering
– Knowledge of quality tools ( PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, CP,…) and experience with noise, vibration and wave
– Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is a must
– Fluent Serbian and English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
