On behalf of our client Fortrade, leading global provider for online trading in the global financial markets, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Senior Recruiter
Job description
• Meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates
• Screening resumes, scheduling the interviews and interviewing candidates.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Conducting the training as the final recruitment stage.
Position Requirements
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of English and Serbian languages – both written and spoken
• Ideally 2 – 4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. Experience in recruiting across the entire organization is most ideal. Experience in hiring sales talent would be an added advantage
• Strong track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the companies scaling needs
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and ability to recognize exceptional sales people
• Strong decision-making skills
• A growth mind-set. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change, and do so quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
