Opis posla

Učestvuje u procesu i kreiranju metodologije za izradu poslovnih planova, postavljanju godišnjih ciljeva i praćenja pokazatelja realizacije godišnjeg poslovnog plana
Organizuje, rukovodi i delegira zadatke u tehničkom sektoru
Analizira, planira i prati izvršenje dinamičkog plana ugovorenih obaveza i projekata
U saradnji sa timovima, analizira i odobrava svaki radni nalog za proizvodnju
Definiše tehničke uslove izvršenja poslova u proizvodnji i stara se da svi procesi rada budu izvršeni pravovremeno, od razvoja, nabavke, proizvodnje do isporuke sa montažom svakog ugovorenog projekta
Po potrebi odlazi na sastanke sa ključnim klijentima i podizvođačima
Učestvuje u kreiranju cenovne politike i praćenju izrade kalkulacija, optimizacije tehnoloških procesa i formiranja prodajnih cena
Prati finansijske i proizvodne pokazatelje uspešnosti i predlaže korektivne mere
Učestvuje u procesu selekcije i regrutacije u odabiru kadrova
Analizira rezultate rada u sektoru, predlaže i preduzima mere za poboljšanje produktivnosti
Po potrebi predstvalja kompaniju na sajmovima, konferencijama i drugim skupovima u domenu svoje stručnosti
Podnosi  mesečni izveštaj o ostvarenim rezultatima u sektoru, prema utvrđenoj proceduri

uspostavljanje radne discipline i odgovornosti u procesu proizvodnje, odnosno, organizacionim jedinicama kojim rukovodi

tačno i pravovremeno izveštavanje o poslovanju na mesečnom, kvartalnom i godišnjem nivou
kvalitet evidentiranja materijalnih tokova po projektu i kreiranje završnih izveštaja sa projekata
primenu integrisanog sistema menadžmenta prema utvrđenoj proceduri

Zahtevi pozicije

VSS – Mašinski, Elektrotehnički ili Fakultet organizacionih nauka – prednost imaju inženjeri mašinstva
Minimum 5 godina radnog iskustva na istoj ili sličnim pozicijama
