Senior Manufacturing Engineer
On behalf of our client, Fischer Automotive, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Job description:
• Takeover of the industrialization of new products in cooperation with colleagues at international locations
• Detailed planning of assembly processes within the available budget
• Detailed planning and specification of assembly systems within the available budget
• Responsible for the project schedule of the assembly systems and project layout
• Member of the project team
• Writing specifications for the assembly stations in coordination with the Team logistic and production planning
• Implementation of assembly workshop
• Obtaining offers for assembly systems and discussion with the suppliers
• Running communication with the suppliers
• Running communication with the project team
• Responsible and supporting in several actions of the change management of our products and assembly systems
• Intense cooperation with the headquarter for hand-over of new assembly lines and implementation of worldwide standards.
Position Requirements:
• Successfully completed Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Electrical Engineering
• Desirable Experience in the automotive industry in the same or similar position 3-5 years
• Expressed technical skills, knowledge and understanding of production process and equipment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PP)
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Proactive and reliable team player
