Product Design Engineer – Developer
On behalf of our client, Fischer Automotive, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of: Product Design Engineer – Developer
Job description
• Utilizes CAD software and fischer internal standards and tools according to automotive standards.
• Makes installation according to specifications.
• Participate and responsible for engineering design, models, and drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Takes care of evaluation and protection of design and initiates necessary measures for optimization.
• Takes care of coordination and exchange of data with internal and external partners such as: customers, suppliers, production, project management, procurement, tool management and quality assurance.
• Conducts independent production of complex kinematic products for production, assembly and material, taking into account performance specifications such as: cost, deadlines, quality, design, international and external standards, laws, FMEA and fischer Process System.
• Support internal and external developers.
• Creates and presents development results.
• Takes care of transfer of products to serial production.
• Prepares and participates in internal and external audits (PYS,TUV certificate).
• Cooperates in creating standards.
• Cooperates in capacity planning in development.
• Make improvements that lead to cost reductions while ensuring that all goals are met.
Position Requirements
• Successfully completed Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Electrical Engineering
• Desirable Experience in the automotive industry in the same or similar position 3-5 years
• Expressed technical skills, knowledge and understanding of CAD systems (preferred Catia V5 and Siemens NX)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PP)
• Good written and spoken English language skills
