Accountant

On behalf of our client, Wintech Energy, a company that is working on a 2-GW renewables project in Bor, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular bookkeeping tasks
Proficient use of various accounting software and Microsoft Office
Preparation and submission of VAT reports
Management and maintenance of the journal ledger
Preparation of payroll reports
Assisting in the calculation and processing of income taxes
Comfortable with ad-hoc tasks and deadline requirements

Requirements:
Postgraduate degree with a major in Accounting
2-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role
Preference will be given to candidates with a local Serbian accounting license
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English

Opis posla
• Neposredno izvršavanje svih poslova u vezi izrade i analize budzeta i analize
poslovanja kompanije u domenu prihoda, troškova, potraživanja i obaveza iz zadatog delokruga
biznisa;
• Izrada mesečnih izveštaja o troškovima po vrstama i mestima troška;
• Izrada mesečnih finansijskih izveštaja na nivou kompanije;
• Praćenje potraživanja, obaveza i zaliha;
• Analiza investicija i perioda povrata za investicije
• Praćenje realizacije budžeta investicija;
• Izrada budžeta u svome delokrugu;
• Izrada svih izveštaja u svom delokrugu;
• Drugi poslovi po nalogu Supervizora finansijskog plana i analize
• Obavlja svoj posao blagovremeno, u zadatim i/ili očekivanim rokovima
• Pridržava se internih pravila u radu, kroz poznavanje i poštovanje odredbi različitih
procedura, pravilnika, odluka itd, relevantnih za oblast rada zaposlenog, kao i davanje predloga
za poboljšanje i unapređenje svih internih pravila rada i poslovanja

Zahtevi pozicije
• 6.2 ili 7.1 stepen stručne spreme (poželjno ekonomske/ informatičke/ matematičke struke)
• 1 godina radnog iskustva ili bez radnog iskustva
• Napredno znanje engleskog jezika
• Dobro poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu (posebno Excel)

Financial planning associate

Opis posla:

– Priprema i sprovodi kompleksne scenarije vezane za promene u cenama, akcizama, u akviziciji i retenciji korisnika, kao i promene u volumenima. Integriše scenarije za celokupnu viziju operativnog prihoda za tržišta.
– Koristi alate za predviđanje prihoda kako bi isporučio modele scenarija na visokom nivou u skladu sa sporazumom o pružanju usluga.
– ​​​​​​​Razume i učestvuje u razvoju volumena, cena i modele akciza i razvija modele.
– Ključni je kontakt za kolege sa tržišta (BDP/FRP Analitičari/Menadžeri), obezbeđujući adekvatan fokus na korisnike u pružanju dogovorenih usluga u skladu sa sporazumom o pružanju usluga.
– Sprovodi pravilne i pravovremene unose podataka u sistem u skladu sa sporazumom o pružanju usluga.
– Učestvuje u kontinuiranom poboljašanju procesa (u saradnji sa timom koji definiše upravljačke smernice).
– Zaposleni je dužan da sve svoje dužnosti obavlja u skladu sa svojim najboljim znanjem, sposobnostima i pridržavajući se zakonskih propisa.

Zahtevi pozicije

– Završen Ekonomski fakultet (ili apsolventi)

Job description:

Supporting further development and execution of Adval Capital’s investment strategy
Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its key drivers
Executing tasks encompassing market screening, building complex financial models, analysis, and valuation
Building and maintaining relationships with consultants, investment bankers, and other intermediaries to assess investment opportunities.
Analyzing historical trends and quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, net debt, capital expenditures, forecasts, and underlying assumptions
Succinctly presenting findings and observations to senior management, both verbally and in written form 
Challenging the Investment Team on the rationale for prospective investments
Leading negotiations with the potential targets
Actively managing transaction execution including the financial, tax, commercial, and legal due diligence streams
Monitoring portfolio companies including executing post-acquisition activities
Cooperating with portfolio company management to enhance targets’ value creation through active involvement in target’s supervisory board 
Directly responsible to the Chief Investment Officer
Managing Investment Associate(s) and contributing to subordinates’ professional improvement

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business (MBA, CFA, or similar designation is a plus)
Corporate / Investment Banking or Private Equity experience at the minimum of 7 years, ideally with SMEs
Experience in origination, evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of corporate / Investment Banking or Private equity deals
Exceptional communicational, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
Self-motivation and the ability to operate within a team environment
High proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential
