Job description:

Identification, selection and development of tooling suppliers – world wide
Tracking of relevant market developments for early identification of opportunities and risks
Prepare, execute and follow-up of price and framework contract negotiations as well as processing of the results
Recording the enquiries to the suppliers, deadline monitoring of the submission of offers as well as preparation and evaluation of the offer comparisons
Cost analysis and target costing to optimize purchasing decisions; Implementation of cost reduction strategies
Preparation and updating of statistics
Correspondence with suppliers
Maintenance of master data in SAP
Support in problem solving of escalation issues
Ordering process for tools and dies
Preparation and implementation of global tool sourcing process  

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and above in at least one of the following fields: Economics, Engineering and at least 2 years of as buyer ideally in automotive company
Profound knowledge in the area of metal forming and welding processes
Experienced with purchasing strategies for tools and gauges
Independent, loyal, reliable and flexible
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organizational skills and high level of numeracy
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
Ability to problems solve with a structured way of thinking
Technical knowledge
Fluency in English (written and oral)
Ability to use MS-Office and SAP knowledge
Willingness to travel

Job description: 

Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms with clients.
Discover profitable suppliers/subcontractors and initiate business and organizational partnerships.
Establish close relationships with suppliers/subcontractors and clients to boost revenue growth.
Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to secure advantageous terms.
Draft contracts, examine and test existing contracts and agreements.
Perform risk management for contracts and agreements.
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries, responsible for on-site material management.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
Assist in handling suppliers/subcontractors' claims events.
Monitor local and national regulations.

Position Requirements:

Have experience in the construction industry.
Proven working experience as a commercial manager, contract manager, or procurement manager.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in reading the market.
Talent in negotiations and networking.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
Experience in at least one FIDIC project (Preferred).
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Proficient in AutoCAD/Office software.
Commercial manager experience: 5 years (Preferred).

Process planner for serial production

Job description:

Project management for parts in serial production from SOP until EOP (deadlines, costs and quality)
Continuous project control
Process optimization
Create change calculations
Contact person for customers in technical matters
Quality management such as quality planning, internal and external claim handling, defining measures for quality improvement and tracing of the effectiveness, preparation and execution of customer audits
Product training for employees at operator/settler level
Shopfloor management support

Job requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering profession
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as process planner in automotive area, ideally in an international company
Outstanding knowledge about metal forming and mounting techniques and project management
Independent, accurate work according to standards and regulations
High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, zero failure mentality
Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ideally experience with an production data acquisition tool
Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1

OPIS POSLA
– Nabavka sirovine za proizvodnju paleta (drvenih elemenata, eksera), robe (palete, burad, IBC kontejneri), delova za proizvodni pogon, potrošnog materijala
– Prati i analizira tržište u cilju pronalaženja najpovoljnijih dobavljača
– Vrši ocenu odabranih dobavljača i ažurira bazu istih
– Vrši pregovore o uslovima nabavke uzimajući u obzir cenu, rok isporuke i plaćanja
– Sagledava najpovoljnije uslove kupovine sirovine/robe/usluga
– Kreira plan nabavke (nedeljni, mesečni, kvartalni) na osnovu predviđenih i ugovorenih poslova
– Koordinira procesom nabavke i nabavlja sirovinu/robu/usluge po definisanim standardima na osnovu zahteva drugih sektora i službi u zavisnosti od planiranih i ugovorenih pslova
– Vodi evidenciju o porudžbinama, prati rokove isporuke i planira smanjenje troškova
– Vodi računa o isporučenoj sirovini/robi (kvalitet/kvantitet)
– Upućuje reklamacije i sačinjava zapisnike o nepravilnostima
– Učestvuje u kreiranju i realizaciji ugovora i zahteva za nabavku
– Prati stanje zaliha, planira nabavku i dopunu lagera
