HR Specialist

On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of HR Specialist
Location: Čačak

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Handling of the whole recruiting process 
•    Responsible for the onboarding processes including administrative part 
•    Prepares several internal HR guidelines and polices in line with labour code and global processes
•    Assists the HR Manager with daily activities in HR area (e.g. preparation of documents, performance management)
•    Ensure compliance with labor law and PWO Group HR policies and processes
•    Lead ΗR processes related to payroll (working hours), personnel records, benefits administration 
•    Participate in HR projects 
•    Responsible for the offboarding process 
•    Give support to Managers and employees regarding various HR related subjects to foster a positive work environment
•    Close cooperation with HR headoffice

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•    Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner ideally in an international manufacturing company
•    Profound knowledge about Serbian labour code 
•    Detailed knowledge of HR processes and HR best practices
•    Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
•    Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
•    Independent working style, Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, 
•    Hands-on mentality, willingness to take over responsibility 
•    Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR / SAP SF would be an advantage 
•    Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1

OPIS POSLA
– Nabavka sirovine za proizvodnju paleta (drvenih elemenata, eksera), robe (palete, burad, IBC kontejneri), delova za proizvodni pogon, potrošnog materijala
– Prati i analizira tržište u cilju pronalaženja najpovoljnijih dobavljača
– Vrši ocenu odabranih dobavljača i ažurira bazu istih
– Vrši pregovore o uslovima nabavke uzimajući u obzir cenu, rok isporuke i plaćanja
– Sagledava najpovoljnije uslove kupovine sirovine/robe/usluga
– Kreira plan nabavke (nedeljni, mesečni, kvartalni) na osnovu predviđenih i ugovorenih poslova
– Koordinira procesom nabavke i nabavlja sirovinu/robu/usluge po definisanim standardima na osnovu zahteva drugih sektora i službi u zavisnosti od planiranih i ugovorenih pslova
– Vodi evidenciju o porudžbinama, prati rokove isporuke i planira smanjenje troškova
– Vodi računa o isporučenoj sirovini/robi (kvalitet/kvantitet)
– Upućuje reklamacije i sačinjava zapisnike o nepravilnostima
– Učestvuje u kreiranju i realizaciji ugovora i zahteva za nabavku
– Prati stanje zaliha, planira nabavku i dopunu lagera
– Uređuje potrebnu dokumentaciju i koordinira sa špediterskim kućama u zemlji i inostranstvu radi carinjenja robe
– Koordinira sa službom finansija i knjigovodstva radi redovnog izmirenja obaveza prema dobavljačima
– Ažurira i arhivira neophodnu dokumentaciju 

PROFIL KANDIDATA

– Stručna sprema IV -VII stepen 
– Znanje MS  Office paketa,posebno Excel-a
– Znanje Engleskog jezika
– Poželjno dve godine radnog iskustva 
– Vozačka dozvola B  kategorije

 

SAP Specialist

PWO Group is seeking a talented and experienced SAP Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

– Development of software applications and adaptation in different SAP modules (mainly PP, MM, WM, SD, PM, CO, BI and SAP Success Factors)
– Support and further development of EDI applications
– Group-wide release management
– Added second level support
– Support for process analyzes and adjustments to the target processes in the SAP system land-scape
– Close cooperation with the business process managers and the specialist departments

Job Requirement:

– Completed degree in computer science or comparable training
– Several years of professional experience as a developer in the SAP environment,  including the common interface technologies RFC, BAPI, IDOC
– Good process and customizing knowledge in the common SAP modules
– Ideally knowledge of the SAP BI environment
– Knowledge of the common EDI processes in the automotive industry
– Interest in new techniques and methods
– Analytical thinking
– Goal orientation and communication skills
– Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2)
