U ime našeg klijenta, renomirane kompanije koja se bavi izgradnjom puteva i infrastrukture u niskogradnji, proizvodnjom prefabrikovanih armirano-betonskih elemenata i građenje montažnih armirano-betonskih konstrukcija tražimo osobu na poziciji: Šef armiračkog pogona/Gradjevinski inženjer

OPIS POSLA
– Daje radne naloge izvršiocima i vrši kontrolu izvršenja radnih naloga; 
– Kontroliše kvalitet i količinu izrađenih elemenata; 
– Vodi evidenciju gotovih proizvoda i radne naloge; 
– Vodi evidenciju dnevnih učinaka; 
– Organizuje i kontroliše isporuku pripremljene armature na gradilištu i pogonu; 
– Praćenje proizvedene armature prema zadatoj dinamici; 
– Izrada izveštaja; 
– Koordinira sa podizvođačima i armiračkim grupama oko plana i dinamike vezivanja; 
– Poručuje armaturu od trećih lica ukoliko se javi potreba; 
– Vodi evidenciju o prisutnosti na radu; 
– Zaposleni je obavezan da obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu nadređenih lica, i to samo one koji su isključivo vezani za prirodu poslova koji su u ovom opisu poslova; 
– Predmetne obaveze su u skladu sa procedurama rada i radnih procesa kod poslodavca, a kojima se preciznije uređuju procesi rada kod poslodavca; 
– Prilikom obavljanja poslova obavezno nosi ličnu zaštitnu opremu; 
– Učestvuje u održavanju i unapređenju integrisnog menadžment sistema (IMS-a), saglasno radnom mestu koje obavlja, koje je u vezi sa konkretnim odgovornostima definisanim kroz odgovarajuću IMS dokumentaciju; 
– Dužan je da se pridržava propisanih mera bezbednosti  i zdravlja na radu, zaštite od požara i zaštite životne sredine i vrši kontrolu primene istih.
– Odgovoran je da pripremi svu potrebnu armaturu na vreme;  
– Odgovoran je za očuvanje poverljivosti informacija sa kojima dolazi u kontakt u svom radu; 

PROFIL KANDIDATA
– Diploma Gradjevinskog fakulteta ili Više Gradjevinske škole.
– Minimum 3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
– Dobre organizacione, liderske i komunikacione veštine
– Vozačka dozvola b kategorije

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Handling of the whole recruiting process 
•    Responsible for the onboarding processes including administrative part 
•    Prepares several internal HR guidelines and polices in line with labour code and global processes
•    Assists the HR Manager with daily activities in HR area (e.g. preparation of documents, performance management)
•    Ensure compliance with labor law and PWO Group HR policies and processes
•    Lead ΗR processes related to payroll (working hours), personnel records, benefits administration 
•    Participate in HR projects 
•    Responsible for the offboarding process 
•    Give support to Managers and employees regarding various HR related subjects to foster a positive work environment
•    Close cooperation with HR headoffice

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•    Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner ideally in an international manufacturing company
•    Profound knowledge about Serbian labour code 
•    Detailed knowledge of HR processes and HR best practices
•    Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
•    Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
•    Independent working style, Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, 
•    Hands-on mentality, willingness to take over responsibility 
•    Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR / SAP SF would be an advantage 
•    Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1 

SAP Specialist

PWO Group is seeking a talented and experienced SAP Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

– Development of software applications and adaptation in different SAP modules (mainly PP, MM, WM, SD, PM, CO, BI and SAP Success Factors)
– Support and further development of EDI applications
– Group-wide release management
– Added second level support
– Support for process analyzes and adjustments to the target processes in the SAP system land-scape
– Close cooperation with the business process managers and the specialist departments

Job Requirement:

– Completed degree in computer science or comparable training
– Several years of professional experience as a developer in the SAP environment,  including the common interface technologies RFC, BAPI, IDOC
– Good process and customizing knowledge in the common SAP modules
– Ideally knowledge of the SAP BI environment
– Knowledge of the common EDI processes in the automotive industry
– Interest in new techniques and methods
– Analytical thinking
– Goal orientation and communication skills
– Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2)
