HR Specialist

On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of HR Specialist
Location: Čačak

JOB DESCRIPTION
•   Handling of the whole recruiting process
•   Responsible for the onboarding processes including administrative part
•   Prepares several internal HR guidelines and polices in line with labour code and global processes
•   Assists the HR Manager with daily activities in HR area (e.g. preparation of documents, performance management)
•   Ensure compliance with labor law and PWO Group HR policies and processes
•   Lead ΗR processes related to payroll (working hours), personnel records, benefits administration
•   Participate in HR projects
•   Responsible for the offboarding process
•   Give support to Managers and employees regarding various HR related subjects to foster a positive work environment
•   Close cooperation with HR headoffice

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

•   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•   Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner ideally in an international manufacturing company
•   Profound knowledge about Serbian labour code
•   Detailed knowledge of HR processes and HR best practices
•   Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
•   Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
•   Independent working style, Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking,
•   Hands-on mentality, willingness to take over responsibility
•   Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR / SAP SF would be an advantage
•   Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1

JOB DESCRIPTION
– providing administrative and logistics support to Shopping Centre Manager
– dealing with outsource providers for facility and maintenance services
– administration of maintenance requests, trouble-shooting the problem and organisation of repair with external partners
– being a contact point to clients for questions relating to facility and maintenance issues
– assisting Shopping Centre Manager with tenant coordination
– direct responsibility for technical matters
– responsible for budget management for maintenance
– communication with external associates
– coordination of office orders, contracts, agreements and invoices
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– college or university degree
– experience in similar position would be highly appreciated
– basic technical skills in maintenance
– working knowledge of English and general Microsoft Office literacy

Rad sa hemikalijama i opasnim sredstvima
Vršenje čišćenja mašina i delova mašina u sklopu preventivnog održavanja
Staranje o manjem održavanju i popravkama na proizvodnim objektima
Popunjavanje interne dokumentacije u vezi održavanja
Po potrebi rad u neposrednoj proizvodnji
Čišćenje otpadnih voda
Održavanje reda i čistoće, košenje trave
Po potrebi rad u neposrednoj proizvodnji
Upravljanje sistemom kvaliteta, ZŽS i BZR u skladu sa standardima
Obavljanje svih poslova, koji nisu navedeni u opisu radnom mesta, ali su nužni za neometano obavljanje rada

Zahtevi pozicije:

Minimum III stepen stručne spreme elektro ili mašinskog usmerenja
Neophodno prethodno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim poslovima
Aktivan vozač B kategorije

Job Description:

– Development of software applications and adaptation in different SAP modules (mainly PP, MM, WM, SD, PM, CO, BI and SAP Success Factors)
– Support and further development of EDI applications
– Group-wide release management
– Added second level support
– Support for process analyzes and adjustments to the target processes in the SAP system land-scape
– Close cooperation with the business process managers and the specialist departments

Job Requirement:

– Completed degree in computer science or comparable training
– Several years of professional experience as a developer in the SAP environment, including the common interface technologies RFC, BAPI, IDOC
– Good process and customizing knowledge in the common SAP modules
– Ideally knowledge of the SAP BI environment
– Knowledge of the common EDI processes in the automotive industry
– Interest in new techniques and methods
– Analytical thinking
– Goal orientation and communication skills
– Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least B2)
