Job description
•Creating and executing effective marketing campaign strategies, including roadmaps and content calendars. Measuring the success of campaigns and use that data to refine and optimize them for maximum ROI.

•Creating and managing efficient workflows while optimizing them to meet specific business goals. This includes creating triggers, setting up segmentation, and implementing rules to ensure that the right messages are delivered to the right people at the right time.

•Creating and growing targeting email lists or contact databases for marketing purposes. This involves strategizing and implementing tactics to capture leads, prospects, or potential customers’ contact information through various channels like landing pages, lead magnets, sign-up forms, and social media campaigns.

•Spotting business opportunities, and following up with the orders.

•Collecting project information and promoting sales.

• Collecting and analyzing marketing information.

• Innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business in order to attract new clients.

•Remaining in tune with trends in companys industry to ensure that the Company’s offerings remain relevant.

Position Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English

•At least 1 year of working experience in relative sectors

•Independent, accurate work according to standards and regulations

•Excellent knowledge of MS Office

•Preferably, familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, WordPress

•Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking

•Courage to make decisions and take responsibility

•Strong communication as well as a confident and competent manner

•Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills

Marketing Data Specialist

The Marketing Data Specialist holds a role in the Commercial Marketing team and is responsible for updating and maintaining the organization's database-CRM, crucial for our future marketing initiatives which will be based on the data sourced from CRM. A successful candidate is meticulous with data accuracy and detail, able to spot the smallest of data discrepancies, analytically minded, and data savvy. Previous experience with CRM systems and data analytics is preferred as well as proficiency in Excel.
 
Key responsibilities:
-Consolidating data from various sources into a single data set – a single source of truth for marketing data
-Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database
-Overall responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our CRM procedures for data entry to identify user needs to create and administer databases
-Daily work with CRM, data, and lead management methods

Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
Preferably, familiarity with CRM systems and prior experience in data analytics.
Capable of efficiently managing and cleansing data.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Highly attentive to detail, proficient in identifying even the most minor data discrepancies.
Analytical mindset with a knack for handling data effectively.
Experience with Tableau and Dynamics is advantageous.

Job description:

Project management for parts in serial production from SOP until EOP (deadlines, costs and quality)
Continuous project control
Process optimization
Create change calculations
Contact person for customers in technical matters
Quality management such as quality planning, internal and external claim handling, defining measures for quality improvement and tracing of the effectiveness, preparation and execution of customer audits
Product training for employees at operator/settler level
Shopfloor management support

Job requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering profession
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as process planner in automotive area, ideally in an international company
Outstanding knowledge about metal forming and mounting techniques and project management
Independent, accurate work according to standards and regulations
High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, zero failure mentality
Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner

Opis dužnosti:

Analiza i praćenje aktuelnih projekata, uključujući hitne isporuke i rešavanje vanrednih situacija
Telefonska podrška eksternim klijentima i praćenje realizacije projekata.

Opis dužnosti
• Izrada trogodišnjeg plana prodaje svih SKU i razvoja proizvoda 
• Izrada godišnjeg plana promotivnih aktivnosti, istraživanja tržišta i godišnjeg medija plana za oglašavanje 
• Daje predlog iznosa godišnjeg marketing budžeta 
• Upravlјa brendom kompanije i ostvaruje definisane poslovne cilјeve za brend
• Učestvuje u kreiranju brend strategije i predstavlјa strategiju brenda pretpostavlјenim strukturama u okviru kompanije
• Prati ostvarenje strategije i redefiniše planove u skladu sa situacijom

Profil kandidata 
• Posedovanje diplome Ekomonskog fakulteta ili Fakulteta organizacionih nauka 
• Minimum pet godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
• Dobro poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office paket)
• Poznavanje engleskog jezika 
• Vozačka dozvola B kategorije, aktivan vozač
