The Marketing Data Specialist holds a role in the Commercial Marketing team and is responsible for updating and maintaining the organization's database-CRM, crucial for our future marketing initiatives which will be based on the data sourced from CRM. A successful candidate is meticulous with data accuracy and detail, able to spot the smallest of data discrepancies, analytically minded, and data savvy. Previous experience with CRM systems and data analytics is preferred as well as proficiency in Excel.
 
Key responsibilities:
-Consolidating data from various sources into a single data set – a single source of truth for marketing data
-Monitor, manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database
-Overall responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our CRM procedures for data entry to identify user needs to create and administer databases
-Daily work with CRM, data, and lead management methods

Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

Preferably, familiarity with CRM systems and prior experience in data analytics.
Capable of efficiently managing and cleansing data.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Highly attentive to detail, proficient in identifying even the most minor data discrepancies.
Analytical mindset with a knack for handling data effectively.
Experience with Tableau and Dynamics is advantageous.
Faculty of organizational sciences, Economics or similar (marketing, business administration, economics)
