Sales Representative
On behalf of our client, Whirlpool, an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Sales representative.
Job description
Develop and implement local sales activities with Trade Partners in order to achieve the agreed targets
Follow up and analyze sales performance and payment execution discuss and agree sales and promotional targets on Trade Partner and its store level
Improve distribution of products, and ensure the presence of the products at the point of sales of Trade Partners
Build up relationships to all relevant decision makers within Trade Partners and visit stores on a regular basis
Provide sales results reporting on the regular basis
Work to find new clients, establish new accounts in compliance with the company's sales policy and obtains orders
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature;
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and territory analyses
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. – Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Higher vocational or University degree, preferable in economics
Minimum 1 year in sales experience (experience in home appliances industry business is an advantage).
Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods and techniques
Well organized, responsible, and a team-player
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and relationship building skills
Communication level of English
Advanced usage of MS Office (Excel)
Flexible, energetic, persistent, positive
Willing to travel
Valid driver’s license
