Location : Čačak

Job description:

• Support the key account manager with handling of the day to day activities and tasks also in English language
• Maintain customer master data, price agreements as well as delivery schedules
• Maintain order entries and order processing
• Prepare ad hoc evaluations, reports, presentations, decision templates as well as statistics also in English language
• Clarify of payment and booking discrepancies (OP management) as well as check and approve invoices
• Participate in projects and special tasks, e.g. participate on a trade fair or participate in events
• Do information search and do research work
• Organize meetings and events
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and customer visits

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in at least one of the following fields: Economics, Engineering and 3, 5 years of experience as a Sales Assistant
• Good communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
• Excellent organizational skills and high level of numeracy
• High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
• Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1, other language skills would be an advantage
• Ability to use MS Office, SAP and VIP
• Strong technical understanding (focus on stamping and forming technology)
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
• Excellent teamwork skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, loyal, reliable, trustworthy and flexible ( e.g. also willingness for extra hours)
• Mindset to drive changes

Rad u okviru inženjering sektora na zastupanju švedske kompanije “ globalnog lidera u kontroli vlažnosti vazduha
Aktivna komunikacija sa Muntersom i praćenje ostvarenja zadatog godišnjeg budžeta
Istraživanje i obilazak tržišta Srbija, Makedonija, Hrvatska, Bosna, Rumunija i Bugarska
Aktivno pronalaženje kupaca na navedenim teritorijama
Praćenje realizacije poslova i vođenje statusa o poslovima
Ugovaranje sastanaka i tehničkih prezentacija
Pomoć kod ugovaranja servisa
Izrada ugovora, faktura i vođenje računa o naplati razumevanje osnovnih finansijskih pojmova
Vođenje baze kupaca
Učestvovanje u izradi planova prodaje i marketinških nastupa na tržištu
Izrada i dostavljanje materijala i vesti za objave na sajtu i društvenim mrežama, u saradnji sa sektorom marketinga
Praćenje realizacije poslova i vođenje statusa o poslovima kroz poslovne sisteme i CRM
Nedeljno izveštavanje o aktivnosti i planovima
Praćenje toka nabavke i isporuke robe
Pravljenje izveštaja o realizaciji plana prodaje na kvartalnom i godišnjem nivou
Samostalno vođenje i odgovornost za ostvarenje budžeta za određeni deo tržišta
Ugovaranje poslova sa INO klijentom i sa INO partnerom samostalno obavljanje pisane i usmene komunikacije na engleskom jeziku sa INO klijentima
