Technician / Engineer in the field of printed circuit boards

On behalf of our client, market leader in Switzerland's procurement marketing since 1989, Icom company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Technician / Engineer in the field of printed circuit boards.

Job description:

Data control in CAM
Printed circuit board development in CAD (Altium Designer)
Technical explanations with customers and manufacturers
Consulting with design and production teams
Preparation of solder paste data for production
Creation, planning, and control of product orders in the ERP system
Close collaboration with the sales and logistics team
Assistance in warehouse management

Position Requirements:

Completed undergraduate studies at a technical faculty – ideally in the field of electrical engineering electronics
Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic device design
Technical understanding of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Desirable experience in order processing
Desirable experience in the PCB industry
Familiarity with electronic components basics (types, specifications, packages, footprints, land patterns…)
Ability to read technical datasheets
Proficiency in computer skills and CAD/CAM software (Altium Designer)
Fluent in English

For our client, international company which is a world leader in digital payments, we are searching for a motivated candidate for the position of Business Development Analyst for South East Europe.
 
Job description

Manage preparation of budget plan, 
Facilitate allocation within functions/initiatives,
Manage execution through internal tools and applications (control/correct quality of data, budget updates/submission),
Coordinate with all project managers to keep plan up-to-date,
Continuous control over quarterly/yearly limits,
Preparation of status for budget planning committee,
Inform Country Manager on any deviations, recommend potential changes, re-allocations.
Business Development team assistance: preparation of presentations, reports, data analyis.
Coordinate collection of data for various joined reports (e.g. budgeting, pipelines, etc.),

 
Job requirements

Educated to a minimum of degree level in Finance, Economics, or Technology related fields
Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration skills, time management, curiosity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary
Active listening skills required
Strong fluency in English
Previous experience in financial technology firm would be a plus, not mandatory.

Opis posla:

Komunikacija, održavanje, testiranje i kontrola procesa unutar IQOS Club platforme kao ključnog segmenta Retention programa, sa fokusom na nagrađivanje lojalnih korisnika i unapređenje njihovog iskustva radi povećanja konverzije.
Praćenje različitih kampanja u okviru kluba i baze podataka o korisnicima, usko sarađujući sa ostalim odeljenjima u kompaniji kako bi se uskladile lojalnostne inicijative sa postavljenim poslovnim ciljevima.
Analiza podataka o korisnicima i identifikacija trendova radi kontinuiranog poboljšanja programa.
Sprovođenje definisane kampanjske komunikacije usmerene ka korisnicima, u cilju efikasnog promovisanja programa lojalnosti i angažovanja korisnika.
Bliska saradnja sa timovima za marketing, prodaju i korisničku podršku radi integrisanja inicijativa lojalnosti u sve aspekte programa.
Saradnja sa spoljnim partnerima radi unapređenja ponude programa, po potrebi.
Prikupljanje povratnih informacija od korisnika i sprovođenje anketa radi razumevanja nivoa zadovoljstva i identifikacije oblasti za poboljšanje.
Rešavanje individualnih zahteva korisnika kroz analizu baza podataka IQOS Club korisnika.
Praćenje trendova, mehanizama i najboljih praksi za nagrađivanje lojalnih kupaca u drugim industrijama, radi implementacije inovacija i poboljšanja korisničkog iskustva.
Generisanje redovnih izveštaja o performansama programa lojalnosti i praćenje rezultata određenih inicijativa.

Zahtevi pozicije:

VI stepen stručne spreme društvenog usmerenja
Iskustvo u oblasti programa lojalnosti, CRM-a ili sličnim oblastima
Izražene analitičke sposobnosti
Napredno poznavanje MS Office paketa
Napredno poznavanje engleskog jezika
