Opis posla
• Aktivno uspostavljanje kontakta sa potencijalnim i postojećim klijentima radi identifikovanja njihovih potreba i pružanja prilagođenih rješenja.
• Prezentovanje proizvoda kupcima na način koji naglašava njihove prednosti i vrijednost
• Analiziranje tržišta i konkurencije kako bi se indetifikovale nove mogućnosti za prodaju i širenje tržišta
• Pregovaranje o cenama, rokovima isporuke i ostalim komercijalnim zahtevima klijenta
• Redovno praćenje prodajnih rezultata i aktivnosti konkurencije
• Poboljšanje prodajnih strategija i postizanje postavljenih ciljeva

Zahtevi pozicije
• Minimum tri godina iskustva rada na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
• Poželjan VII stepen stručne spreme
• Poznavanje engleskog jezika na konverzacijskom nivou
• Entuzijazam i usmerenost na prodajne ciljeve
• Inicijativa u radu
• Poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Vozačka dozvola B kategorije

– Planning, design and execution of complex, technical lighting projects indoors and outdoors, across all service phases:
   – Creation of CAD plans with Autocad
   – Planning and calculation of lighting solutions in Dialux EVO
   – Coordination of project layouts including technicals, electrical aspects
 – Inclusion of innovative, sustainable and energy-efficient planning approaches with changing clients and different building types
– Responsibility over the project goals
– Take over communication to external stakeholders and lead meetings
– Participate in the coordination and management of planning processes in cooperation with the field staff
– Carrying out/participating in presentations, training courses, trade fairs, events

Job requirements:

– Previous experience in lighting or electrical field is mandatory
– Bachelor degree in Architecture or Electrical Engineering
– Knowledge about AutoCAD and Dialux
– Advanced English, German will be considered as advantage

Job description:

Conducts tendering, evaluation of offers & conducting negotiations of goods and services
Builds and maintains relationship with existing suppliers, seeks new trustworthy suppliers and manufacturers and ensuring their deliveries are on time, complete, free of damage, and within budget
Analyses procurement market as well as identifies new contractual partners
Conducts competence analysis and identifies of strengths and weaknesses of potential service providers
Processes requisitions and updates end users on the status of orders
Monitors annul contract realization
Keeps records of POs and monitors delivery deadlines and scope
Maintains the Master Data records and regular Reporting
Identifies savings potential
Supports production departments in procurement issues
Adheres and ensures compliance with procurement processes and policy in own area

Position Requirements:

Completed College/University with technical or commercial training
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in purchasing, preferably production environment
Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
High quality and cost awareness
Strong service orientation and communication skills
National market knowledge desirable
Language skills: Serbian mother tongue (mandatory), English at B2 level, German is a plus
Confident handling of SAP (MM) and Office 365 desirable with proficiency in Excel
Willingness to travel occasionally

– Perform Minor and Major Overhaul

– Complete detailed Field Service’s Report
– Participating preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with standard procedures
– Working according to a daily plan
– Ensure quality to customers to secure customer satisfaction

Job Requirement:

– Professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment for 1 year
– Technical education   (Mechanical or Electrical high school degree) or with significant technical experience in industrial equipment
– Native speaker of Serbian language with basic knowledge of English language
