Job description:

• Conducts tendering, evaluation of offers & conducting negotiations of goods and services
• Builds and maintains relationship with existing suppliers, seeks new trustworthy suppliers and manufacturers and ensuring their deliveries are on time, complete, free of damage, and within budget
• Analyses procurement market as well as identifies new contractual partners
• Conducts competence analysis and identifies of strengths and weaknesses of potential service providers
• Processes requisitions and updates end users on the status of orders
• Monitors annul contract realization
• Keeps records of POs and monitors delivery deadlines and scope
• Maintains the Master Data records and regular Reporting
• Identifies savings potential
• Supports production departments in procurement issues
• Adheres and ensures compliance with procurement processes and policy in own area
