Senior Business Development Manager


On behalf of our client we are looking for motivated candidate to fulfill the position of Senior Business Development Manager for ICT product portfolio with expertise in the field of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and connectivity solutions. Opis poslova i radnih zadataka:

  • koordinator projekata izgradnje je zadužen za sve aktivnosti u toku realizacije projekta izgradnje objakta – za sve aktivne projekte izgradnje. On planira projekat izgradnje (zajedno sa rukovodiocem radova na izgradnji objekta), propisuje pravila rada u skladu sa relevantnim procedurama, određuje rokove, raspored obavljanja poslova i kontroliše rad izvršilaca;
  • Koordinator projekata izgradnje svoj svoj rad obavlja u poslovnim prostorijama Društva (sastavljanje plana realizacije projekta izgradnje, raspoređivanje zaduženja rukovodiocima radova na izgradnji objekata, planiranje budžeta projekata izgradnje objekata), prostorijama na mestima izgradnje objekata i samim objektima (koordinacija izvršenja zadataka, kontrola rezultata rada i realizacije projekata izgradnje, ispravljanje nepravilnosti u toku realizacije projekata izgradnje), kao i na sastancima kako bi se stvorili što bolji uslovi za realizaciju projekata izgradnje;
  • Koordinator projekata izgradnje redovno izveštava Tehničkog direktora i Direktora o rezultatima napred navedenih aktivnosti;
  • poznaje sadržaj ugovora i ponuda za svako aktivno gradilište;
  • definiše organizacionu šemu za svako gradilište;
  • obilazi svako aktivno gradilište najmanje jedan put nedeljno, kontroliše da li se građenje vrši prema građevinskoj dozvoli, odnosno prema projektu za građevinsku dozvolu i blagovremeno preduzima mera u slučaju odstupanja izvođenja radova;
  • kontroliše i proverava kvalitet izvođenja svih vrsta radova i primenu propisa, standarda i tehničkih normativa;
  • razgovara sa svakim od rukovodilaca radova na gradilištu o svim trenutnim i planiranim radovima, o kvalitetu rada podizvođača (u skladu sa ček listama za kontrolu kvaliteta izvedenih radova) i tehničkim pitanjima – dinamici izvođenja radova i anlazama planiranog i realnog trajanja aktivnosti (neophodna je realna slika radi realnog sagledavanja i procene trajanja budućih aktivnosti koje predstavljaju osnov za ugovaranje poslova);
  • uključuje se u rešavanje problema u slučajevima kada postoje neusaglašenosti u tumačenjima realizovanih pozicija odnosno kada su od strane podizvođača osporeni potpisani listovi građevinskih knjiga;
  • proverava da li postoje dokazi o kvalitetu materijala, opreme i instalacija koji se ugrađuju ili postavljaju u objekat i da li postoji dokumentacija kojom se dokazuje njihov kvalitet (atest, sertifikat, izveštaj o ispitivanju i dr.);
  • kontroliše i proverava vođenje i popunjevanje ček lista i izveštaja za kontrolu kvaliteta izvedenih skrivenih radova koji se ne mogu proveriti u kasnijim fazama izgradnje objekta (radovi na izvođenju temelja, armature, oplate, izolacije i dr.) koje sačinjavaju rukovodioci radova na gradilištima;
  • daje potrebna uputstva Rukovodiocu radova na gradilištu u slučaju odstupanja izvedenih radova od projekta i pomaže u rešavanju tehničkih pitanja, pitanja poštovanja zakonske regulative i poštovanja propisanih procedura;
  • redovno prati dinamiku gradnje objekta i usklađenosti sa ugovorenim rokovima, sačinjava i redovno ažurira preglednu tabelu za svako od gradilišta u koju unosi osnovne informacije po kolonama (ugovor, ponuda, procenat izvršenja svake od prihvaćenih ponuda, otvorena pitanja koja je potrebno hitno rešiti, angažovani podizvođači i trajanje njihovog angažmana na predmetnom gradilištu (i posebna analiza stalnih izvođača kako bismo sagledali kapacitet i zauzetost);
  • u cilju poštovanja zadatih rokova i normativa kvaliteta sarađuje sa Projektantom i Rukovodiocem radova na gradilištu radi obezbeđenja pravilne realizacije projektantskog koncepta objekta, koordinacije i usaglašavanja odstupanja od projektovanih rešenja, rešavanja detalja koji nisu obuhvaćeni projektom – predlaganja rešenja i koordinacije tokom rešavanja detalja ili pak propisivanja nove tehnologije izvođenja određenih pozicija radova koja odstupa od projektovanog rešenja i pripreme projekta izvedenog objekta;
  • sarađuje sa Tehničkom pripremom izgradnje objekta u cilju blagovremene podrške u realizaciji projekta izgradnje objekta;
  • tokom obilaska gradilišta komunicira sa klijentima radi prikupljanja informacija o njihovom zadovoljstvu i definisanja potrebe za poboljšanjima u realizaciji poslovnih aktivnosti;
  • sačinjava Nedeljni izveštaj sa osvrtom na sva gradilišta i u istom ističe dobre i loše detalje u vezi sa svakim od njih, probleme i predloge za njihovo rešavanje, analizu kvaliteta rada, analizu ostvarivanja rokova, analiza uspešnosti u realizaciji posla, preporuke za primenu stimulativnih i/ili kaznenih mera u odnosu na zaposlene u Društvu (u skladu sa opštim aktima Poslodavca) i izvođače radova (u skladu sa Ugovorom);
  • održava obavezne nedeljne sastanke sa podizvođačima i ostalim učesnicima u projektu (odgovorno lice za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu, nadžorni organ i drugi), za svaki projekat posebno, u cilju boljeg sagledavanja toka projekta i probleme koji su najčešće povezani sa dobrom/lošom komunikacijom;
  • redovno upisuje, unosite i arhivira u odgovarajući registrator sve bitne pojedinosti za svako gradilište u cilju lakšeg uvida u detalje i praćenja – ovi registratori treba da budu dostupni Tehničkom direktoru i Direktoru;
  • osigurava da aktivnosti izgradnje objekata budu usaglašene sa procedurama Integrisanog sistema menadžmenta koje sadrže ovlašćenja i odgovornosti za kvalitet, zaštitu životne sredine, bezbednost i zdravlje na radu i društvenu odgovornost;
  • definiše predloge za unapređenje poslovanja firme, organizaciju poslova, internu i eksternu komunikaciju sa svim zainteresovanim stranama i inovacije;
  • doprinosi sprovođenju poslovne politike i strategije u skladu sa zakonom i etičkim standardima;

Responsibilities:

  • Architecting, designing, implementing, and operationalizing large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse or Databricks 
  • Providing production support for Data Warehouse issues such as data load problems and transformation translation problems
  • Translating mapping specifications into data transformation design and development strategies, incorporating standards and best practices
  • Developing data pipelines and automating data pipeline testing in cloud-based environments, with clear documentation
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and adherence to optimal execution patterns and established standards
  • Building ETL pipelines in and out of the data warehouse using a combination of Databricks/Snowflake, Python, and SQL
