Job description: 

  • Maintenance of  public relations, building good relations with local government authorities, construction industry organizations or associations, supervision agencies, etc., and maintaining the company’s information database for public relations
  • Development of potential clients, establishing close contacts with public procurement clients, private clients, etc., tracking of projects of potential clients, identifying and building competitive advantages, promoting exclusivity in cooperation with clients, and increasing the possibility of winning project bids

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, quantity and cost estimation, architecture, design, marketing, Chinese language, and other majors
  • Command of English as a working language 
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, fundamentals in AutoCAD
  • Skilled in language expression and interpersonal communication, ability in quick learning and solving problems

Treasury Director

The Treasury Director executes the development and implementation of treasury functions. Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Job Description:

  • Execute the development and implementation of treasury functions and develop and monitor treasury operational policies
  • Develop a reporting package on the company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics and prepare a cash forecast
  • Prepare and present to senior management weekly company-wide cash flow report
  • Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures and administration
  • Manage all relationships with Banks supporting the company’s cash management operations

Chief Accounting Officer


On behalf of our client Plaviblu, a leader in footwear production, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Chief Accounting Officer, reporting to the Board of Director and to the Group CFO.
Chief Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the administration and tax department in order to ensure overall supervision over the month-end closing process and statutory financial statements preparation. 
He/She is also responsible to manage the Group reporting needs following the guidelines and requirements of the head offices based in Italy.

 
Main Responsibilites 
•     Ensure full tax accounting compliance for the Company according to Serbian tax law and the overall compliance of Group transfer pricing policy, defined by the headquarters;
•     Drives process and internal control enhancements and ensure practices are in place to achieve highest standards in the preparation of the group reporting and the statutory financial reporting and to maintain efficient and compliant accounting processes and effective controls;
•     Leads continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, re-engineering of processes and controls and implementation of best practices;
•     Supervise the monthly balance sheet reconciliations process and summarize the results for management;
•     Draw up the statutory financial statements under Serbian law;
•     Define the accounting treatment of any specific issue or matter arising from the daily accounting and financial activities;
•     Leads the current accounting team in continuous improvement and development;
•     Analyses workflow and assignments to ensure operations run efficiently;
•     Ensures accuracy of accounting, financial and reporting information;
•     Contributes to the continuous improvements with automation and procedural enhancements;
•     Develops and manages Group’s policies and procedures related to accounting and reporting processes;
•     Ensures timely, accurate, and complete reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
 
Job requirements
•     University degree in Business/Economics/Accounting;
•     Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably gained working for a medium to large international company in a changing environment;
•     Full knowledge of Serbian tax law and transfer pricing matters; 
•     Strong understanding of processes and controls;
•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent Serbian and English, both written and spoken (Italian is a plus);
•     Knowledge of ERP systems and the process of an ERP change is preferred;
•     Strong / advanced skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point;
•     Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong attention to details.

Senior Tool Coordinator


On behalf of our client, a leading full-service supplier for interior solutions in vehicles, we are looking for an exceptional candidate to fulfill the position of: Tool Coordinator

Job description:

– Contributes to the management of the shop floor and coordinates changes, optimizations and preventive maintenance with the injection molding department, the internal toolmaking department, and with external toolmaking partners;
– Performs tool checks and injection molding procedures at one of the Fischer Group locations;
– Coordinates relocation with an international tool management team and local tool workers and technologist / injector experts,
– Make final changes, adjustments and optimizations of tools and controls internal and external interfaces in coordination with the international project team;
– Supervises database and management tools;
– Evaluates requests for changes and monitors changes in the database of articles CM App,
– Monitors and optimizes processes, workflows and work environment in accordance with fPS (Fischer Process System);
– Controls maintenance and repair costs;
– Responsible for injection molding tools in series production

Job requirements

– Candidate needs to be mechanically oriented with knowlegde of metal processing as well as treatment of the surface of the metal
– Communication skills regarding cooperation with external suppliers, spare parts ordering
– Experience in industry on similar position, mold maintenance for injection molding or metal stamping tools
– Familiar with all kind of metal processing, milling, grinding, polishing
– Excellent knowledge of the English language in written and oral form (German preferable)
– Basic knowledge of CAD
– 5S, Office package – advanced level

Design Engineer of Process Simulation

Job description

  • Determination of manufacturing concepts / methods for metal forming processes
  • Creating surfaces in form design
  • Planning and execution of Finite Element Simulation (FE – Simulation) for metal forming
  • Documentation of the results
  • Examination of feasibility and effective production using Finite Element Simulation
  • Coordination internally and externally with customer requirements as to which criteria of the simulation the suitability of further developments
  • Interface to suppliers / partners and close results must be used for a feasibility assessment
  • Define and acquire the required material parameters
  • Proposals for design adjustments to achieve a stable process
  • Aligning and feedback of simulation results with real production
  • Keeping the system up to date and checking cooperation with the internal Group departments
Position Requirements
  • Completed formal education in engineering, materials science, metals engineering or comparable, ideally with a focus on process simulation
  • Practical experience in carrying out Finite Element Simulation and empirical studies
  • Good knowledge in the use of simulation software (AutoForm, NX)
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Knowledge of German language would be a plus

Leader of subsidiary project management

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfil the position of Leader of subsidiary project management.

Your responsibilities:

  •  Responsibility for project planning for new projects in our Serbian location
  • Independent leadership of projects in close coordination with headquarters
  • Predictive project management to achieve the agreed project objectives in terms of deadlines, quality, recourses, costs, and cash flow 
  • Professional communication within the overall project team (internal and external) and securing the necessary resources and expertise to ensure that the project objectives are achieved
  • Identifying project stakeholders and drafting a stakeholder management plan
  • Coordinating the framework conditions, e.g. decision-making and reporting structures as well as the organization's quality requirements, taking into account relevant legal regulations 
  • Controlling and monitoring external service providers
  • Assessing project changes and initiating corrective and/or preventive measures where necessary, taking into account efficient structures and methods
  • Carry out opportunity and risk management
  • Documentation and maintenance of project-describing documents and reporting 
  • Further development of existing and identification of potential projects in cooperation with the client
Job requirements:

  • University degree in an engineering profession and minimum 5-8 years of experience as a project leader in an international automotive company, ideally work experience in a startup company
