Job description:

The Treasury Director executes the development and implementation of treasury functions. Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Job Description:

  • Execute the development and implementation of treasury functions and develop and monitor treasury operational policies
  • Develop a reporting package on the company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics and prepare a cash forecast
  • Prepare and present to senior management weekly company-wide cash flow report
  • Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures and administration

Chief Accounting Officer


On behalf of our client Plaviblu, a leader in footwear production, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Chief Accounting Officer, reporting to the Board of Director and to the Group CFO.
Chief Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the administration and tax department in order to ensure overall supervision over the month-end closing process and statutory financial statements preparation. 
He/She is also responsible to manage the Group reporting needs following the guidelines and requirements of the head offices based in Italy.

 
Main Responsibilites 
•     Ensure full tax accounting compliance for the Company according to Serbian tax law and the overall compliance of Group transfer pricing policy, defined by the headquarters;
•     Drives process and internal control enhancements and ensure practices are in place to achieve highest standards in the preparation of the group reporting and the statutory financial reporting and to maintain efficient and compliant accounting processes and effective controls;
•     Leads continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, re-engineering of processes and controls and implementation of best practices;
•     Supervise the monthly balance sheet reconciliations process and summarize the results for management;
•     Draw up the statutory financial statements under Serbian law;
•     Define the accounting treatment of any specific issue or matter arising from the daily accounting and financial activities;

•     Analyses workflow and assignments to ensure operations run efficiently;

Job requirements
•     University degree in Business/Economics/Accounting;
•     Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably gained working for a medium to large international company in a changing environment;
•     Full knowledge of Serbian tax law and transfer pricing matters; 
•     Strong understanding of processes and controls;
•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent Serbian and English, both written and spoken (Italian is a plus);
•     Knowledge of ERP systems and the process of an ERP change is preferred;

Senior Tool Coordinator

Job description:

– Contributes to the management of the shop floor and coordinates changes, optimizations and preventive maintenance with the injection molding department, the internal toolmaking department, and with external toolmaking partners;

Job description

  • Determination of manufacturing concepts / methods for metal forming processes
  • Creating surfaces in form design
  • Planning and execution of Finite Element Simulation (FE – Simulation) for metal forming
  • Documentation of the results
  • Examination of feasibility and effective production using Finite Element Simulation
  • Coordination internally and externally with customer requirements as to which criteria of the simulation the suitability of further developments
  • Interface to suppliers / partners and close results must be used for a feasibility assessment
  • Define and acquire the required material parameters
  • Proposals for design adjustments to achieve a stable process
  • Aligning and feedback of simulation results with real production
  • Keeping the system up to date and checking cooperation with the internal Group departments
Position Requirements
  • Completed formal education in engineering, materials science, metals engineering or comparable, ideally with a focus on process simulation
  • Practical experience in carrying out Finite Element Simulation and empirical studies

  •  Responsibility for project planning for new projects in our Serbian location
  • Independent leadership of projects in close coordination with headquarters

  • Professional communication within the overall project team (internal and external) and securing the necessary resources and expertise to ensure that the project objectives are achieved
