Job description:
• Global administrative support of the SAP system landscape

• Support and improvement of processes related to SAP Basis and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

• Support of global SAP user, authorization and role management

• Support of global implementation, improvement and rollout projects in the context of SAP Basis / authorizations – with support of internal process experts and, if necessary, external consultants 

• Support in the implementation of system updates (e.g. stack update)

• Support with the upcoming S/4HANA transformation

• Support in the further development of digitalization

• 2nd level support and training of users / key users

• Implementation of projects and takeover of special topics

Job requirements:

• A degree in the IT environment / business informatics / industrial engineering

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the area described above

• Practical experience in project management  

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Solution-oriented way of thinking as well as a high degree of resilience

• Independent working style in combination with loyalty and openness

• Very good knowledge of English (at least C1)

Field Service Technician

Job Description:

– Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment mechanical and electrical problem
– Perform Minor and Major Overhaul

Job description
• Managing end to end the Employee lifecycle benefit administration.
• Handling the internal process of benefits invoices from approval to action for payment
• Responding to employee benefit queries & resolving first-line benefit-related issues. Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance current processes.
• Reporting monthly benefit changes to payroll as required.
• Support with financial audits and ad hoc Benefits projects & programs where needed.
• Ensure data integrity and security following GDPR regulations.
• Creating & maintaining process documentation, contributing to knowledgebase article creation.
 
Position Requirements
• Human Resources professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of benefit administration experience. Background in payroll, accounting, compensation and/or benefits administration is preferred.
• Highly Proficient with Excel, and rest of MS Office applications.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Zahtevi pozicije

Diploma Građevinske škole ili fakulteta
Minimum 3-5 godina radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima visokogradnje
Poželjno je posedovanje Licence 410 i/ili 411
Osnovno ka srednjem nivou znanja engleskog jezika

Job description:

• Support the key account manager with handling of the day to day activities and tasks also in English language
• Maintain customer master data, price agreements as well as delivery schedules
• Maintain order entries and order processing
• Prepare ad hoc evaluations, reports, presentations, decision templates as well as statistics also in English language
• Clarify of payment and booking discrepancies (OP management) as well as check and approve invoices

Desired Candidate Profile:
