Opis posla:

Prijem otisaka ušnog kanala korisnika
Izrada individualne olive i prema potrebi, naknadne korekcije po zahtevu korisnika
Izrada školjke kanalnog slušnog aparata
Dopuna neophodne dokumentacije vezane za izradu individualne olive i školjke kanalnog slušnog aparata
Priprema predloga za nabavku materijala za potrebe laboratorije
Podrška serviseru pri servisiranju kanalnih slušnih aparata
Odgovornost za ispravnost i stanje zaliha opreme i materijala
Davanje predloga za unapređenje procesa rada
Sprovođenje relevantnih administrativnih aktivnosti
Detaljno poznavanje i primena zakonskih i operativnih procedura i standarda
Primena mera za bezbedan rad i zaštitu zdravlja na radu, protivpožarne zaštite i zaštite životne sredine

Vaš profil:

Poželjno minimum godinu dana iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
Sposobnost za precizan manuelni i povremeni tehnički rad
Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika
Znanje rada na kompjuteru (MS Office)

Job description:

– Planning, design and execution of complex, technical lighting projects indoors and outdoors, across all service phases:
   – Creation of CAD plans with Autocad
   – Planning and calculation of lighting solutions in Dialux EVO
   – Coordination of project layouts including technicals, electrical aspects
 – Inclusion of innovative, sustainable and energy-efficient planning approaches with changing clients and different building types
– Responsibility over the project goals
– Take over communication to external stakeholders and lead meetings
– Participate in the coordination and management of planning processes in cooperation with the field staff
– Carrying out/participating in presentations, training courses, trade fairs, events

Job requirements:

– Previous experience in lighting or electrical field is mandatory
– Bachelor degree in Architecture or Electrical Engineering
– Knowledge about AutoCAD and Dialux
– Advanced English, German will be considered as advantage

Main purpose of the role:
The main responsibility of this position is the management of projects (Equipment procurement, Sales, Installation and Contracts) in SAP, from pre-project set-up until the end of the Commercial Production within our French market.

What your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Project coordination (Accountable for the complete purchasing and sales activities related to PSE projects)

Coordination of delivery, logistics, customs clearance (if applicable) and shipping.
Procurement of equipment, services and parts connected to PSE projects.
Planning and follow up of procurement and logistics in accordance with the project plan.
Execute project sales activities (create inquiry, sales order, set-up billing plan, etc.).
Supplier invoice checks and clearances
Customer Invoicing for PSE projects.
Intercompany rebilling

Inventory management:

Ensure returned machines arrive at the warehouse and are posted to stock properly.
Drive annual physical inventory.
Drive scrapping process by involving relevant stakeholders (commercial, BC, finance and technical)
Execute equipment scrapping according to Tetra Pak and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

Degree and/or Superior Professional Education in Business Administration or related.
Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination/administration or similar position.
Language: English 
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Preferably knowledge of SAP/R3 (projects and contracting environment)

Well organised and systematic.
Good communication and presentation skills.
