Opis posla:

  • Primenjuje dostavljene odobrene direktive sistema menadžmenta kvalitetom i sistema menadžmenta zaštitom životne sredine; 
  • Održava zapise u skladu sa odobrenim direktivama sistema menadžmenta kvalitetom i sistema menadžmenta zaštitom životne sredine;
  • Upravlja i kontroliše medicinskom dokumentacijom u skladu sa zahtevima propisa;
  • Preispituje i kontroliše dokumente koje je dostavio pacijent i obavlja prvi pregled pacijenta;
  • Otvara dosije pacijenta;
  • Vrši pregled pacijenata;
  • Utvrđuje preskripciju tretmana u konsultaciji sa načelnikom organizacione jedinice (vrstu tretmana, dijalizator, parametre za hemodijalizu i dr.);
  • Obavlja vizitu svakodnevno;
  • Nakon završetka smene vrši unos podataka za svakog pacijenta;
  • Planira obavljanje dodatnih pregleda u skladu sa ugovorom;
  • Ažurira najmanje jednom mesečno listu laboratorijskih nalaza;
  • Planira obavljanje pregleda za pretransplantacionu obradu;
  • Leči i neguje pacijente u skladu sa zahtevima propisa, odobrenim direktivama, i etičkim normama;
  • Učestvovanje u izradi direktiva u vezi sa lečenjem i negom pacijenata;
  • Neposredno učestvuje u aktivnostima u vezi sa medicinskim komplikacijama kod pacijenta i komunicira sa zdravstvenim ustanovama koje učestvuju u obavljanju tih aktivnosti;
  • Preduzima mere radi sprečavanja pojave opasnosti i sa njima povezanim rizicima i štetom;
  • U slučaju smrti bolesnika preduzima mere u skladu sa pozitivnim propisima i opštim aktima poslodavca;
  • Čuva tajnost svih podataka i informacija do kojih je došao tokom obavljanja delatnosti ili u neposrednoj vezi sa njima;
  • Usavršava medicinska znanja i znanja o opremi (mašinama za dijalizu, WTS, CDS, oprema za hitne slučajeve);
  • Domaćinski postupa sa imovinom kompanije, sprečava prekomerne potrošnje resursa, radi na poboljšanju efikasnosti svih procesa;
  • Zamenjuje načelnika organizacione jedinice u njegovom odsustvu po nalogu direktora;
  • Obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu direktora i načelnika organizacione jedinice, iz delokruga rada

Uslovi:

  • VII-1 stepen stručne spreme, lekar specijalista interne medicine, ili VII-2 subspecijalista nefrolog 
  • Licenca lekarske komore za samostalni rad ili podnet zahtev za dobijanje licence
  • Radno iskustvo najmanje 1 godina radnog iskustva u zdravstvu 
  • Sposobnost efikasnog komuniciranja
  • Sposobnost rukovođenja
  • Poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Poznavanje rada na računaru

Job description:

– Planning, design and execution of complex, technical lighting projects indoors and outdoors, across all service phases:
   – Creation of CAD plans with Autocad
   – Planning and calculation of lighting solutions in Dialux EVO
   – Coordination of project layouts including technicals, electrical aspects
 – Inclusion of innovative, sustainable and energy-efficient planning approaches with changing clients and different building types
– Responsibility over the project goals

Job description

Position Requirements

• Successfully completed Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

  • Coordination of the permit schedule and procedure with clients, authorities, and any related third parties for the   potential projects
  • Interpreting client-stated business needs into space requirements/timelines and managing project schedules
  • Preparing Project timelines for potential Clients according to their requirements (type of investment, type of geographical location, type of production, infrastructure connections, incentives, etc.)
  • Evaluating plots for which are potential Client is interested (size of the plot, infrastructure connections, and other important criteriums for choosing plot)
  • Preparing all kinds of presentations related to potential Projects.
  • Working on optimization of the timeline for obtaining all permits related to the potential Project
  • Coordination and checking of all stages of Design and design trades, based on agreed documentation and contracts
  • Analyzing building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reporting reflected on architectural designs
  • Ensuring that blueprints comply with required codes and legal standards
  • Coordinating with Design Manager, Estimator, Project manager, affiliate architects, and engineers throughout the process of implantation of new queries received from the relevant Authority (Client, new regulation, etc.) . 
  • Registering design revisions throughout the process responding to queries and confirmations and providing quick and accurate answers
  • Updating documentation of all project-related drawings and documentation libraries

 
Job requirements:

  • At least five years of relevant experience in similar position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, 3D Modelling
