General Manager

Role and Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the company. Collaborate with the global leadership team to align the local strategy with the company’s overall objectives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field

10+ years of experience in a senior management position

Technical background in software development or delivery

Strong knowledge of enterprise companies and global tech market in Serbia

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
