General Manager
For our client, Centific, a global digital technology services company with solutions across various industries and a diverse team of over 3800 professionals around the world, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of General Manager in Serbia.
Role and Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the company. This role will involve actively contributing to Centific’s expansion, managing a team of employees, and working with key stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation
Maintain accurate records and comply with government rules and regulations
Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure operational excellence
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials
Manage the financial performance of the country, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Identify and mitigate risks to the business
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business
Develop, implement, and adhere to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, and purchasing
Develop and maintain a positive and productive work culture.
Collaborate with the global leadership team to align the local strategy with the company’s overall objectives
Promote our company’s brand and values, act as an ambassador, actively contribute to the expansion of Centific and shape the company’s image and success in the new market and internally
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
10+ years of experience in a senior management position
Technical background in software development or delivery
Strong knowledge of enterprise companies and global tech market in Serbia
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of a multicultural environment
