On behalf of our client, Wintech Energija, a company that is working on a 2-GW renewables project in Bor, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of HR and Administration Coordinator.

Job description
 
Ensure HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training run smoothly and improve as the company grows. 

Ensure all administrative tasks such as office management, facilities management, and policy development are performed correctly and on time.

Day-to-Day Activities:
 
Responsible for the company’s daily administration and personnel work

Planning HR and administration activities annually

Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets

Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.

Overseeing the payroll function

Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures

Managing employee relations

Running the office and facilities management functions

Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and help.

Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensuring all employment requirements are met.

Responsible for local PR and keeping in touch with the headquarters

Position Requirements
 
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or management

At least 3 years’ experience in HR

Proven ability to multitask.

Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Accountant

On behalf of our client, Wintech Energy, a company that is working on a 2-GW renewables project in Bor, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular bookkeeping tasks
Proficient use of various accounting software and Microsoft Office
Preparation and submission of VAT reports
Management and maintenance of the journal ledger
Preparation of payroll reports
Assisting in the calculation and processing of income taxes
Comfortable with ad-hoc tasks and deadline requirements

Requirements:
Postgraduate degree with a major in Accounting
2-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role
Preference will be given to candidates with a local Serbian accounting license
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English
