Job description:

– Business process management
– Management of IT projects of varying scope, including international projects
– Review of requests from internal customers and derivation of specific system functions
– Analysis, design, and implementation of business processes in IT systems, with a focus on production-related areas
– System management
– Support and maintenance of production-related applications, reports, and interfaces
– Analysis and suppression of interference of malfunctions in supervised systems
– Strategy development and release management
– Coordination of external service providers

Job requirements:

– A degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
– Practical experience in IT project management, business process management or system support

Job Description:

Performing evaluations, checking feasibility, and estimating efforts of solution options in alignment with the enterprise architecture and security

Assisting and supporting internal users in working with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules

Analysing HR business processes in SuccessFactors and SAP HR  in close cooperation with HR and recommending improvements that are aligned with the company’s strategy and best practice

Customizing in SAP HR

Specifying and managing IT requirements in collaboration with IT business consultants and the business stakeholders

Designing, customizing, testing, and documenting IT solutions and enhancements of IT solutions according to business requirements

Planning and commissioning all maintenance tasks and requests in SuccessFactors divided in Sprints

Continue to expand knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors portfolio and SAP HR

Collaborating with Business Applications team and other internal departments on implementing process improvements

Experience with 3 party providers of HR Service modules

Job requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, 3 party HR module provider

Excellent technical or functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors: especially LMS, Performance&Goals, Recruiting, and Succession&Development

Excellent technical or functional knowledge of SAP HR especially:  time management, payroll, Org-Management, and Masterdata handling 

Experience with 3 party providers of HR Service modules

Good understanding of HR processes and how these are translated into technical configurations

Proven record of independently developing standards and managing processes

Analytical and problem-solving attitude

Excellent communication skills and can be a true consultant to the business

SAP Specialist

PWO Group is seeking a talented and experienced SAP Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

– Development of software applications and adaptation in different SAP modules (mainly PP, MM, WM, SD, PM, CO, BI and SAP Success Factors)
– Support and further development of EDI applications
– Group-wide release management
– Added second level support
– Support for process analyzes and adjustments to the target processes in the SAP system land-scape
– Close cooperation with the business process managers and the specialist departments

Job Requirement:

– Completed degree in computer science or comparable training
– Several years of professional experience as a developer in the SAP environment,  including the common interface technologies RFC, BAPI, IDOC
