On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of SAP Inhouse Consultant / SAP Success Factors Consultant.

Job Description:

  • Performing evaluations, checking feasibility, and estimating efforts of solution options in alignment with the enterprise architecture and security
  • Assisting and supporting internal users in working with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules
  • Analysing HR business processes in SuccessFactors and SAP HR  in close cooperation with HR and recommending improvements that are aligned with the company’s strategy and best practice
  • Customizing in SAP HR
  • Specifying and managing IT requirements in collaboration with IT business consultants and the business stakeholders
  • Designing, customizing, testing, and documenting IT solutions and enhancements of IT solutions according to business requirements
  • Planning and commissioning all maintenance tasks and requests in SuccessFactors divided in Sprints
  • Continue to expand knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors portfolio and SAP HR
  • Collaborating with Business Applications team and other internal departments on implementing process improvements
  • Experience with 3 party providers of HR Service modules

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, 3 party HR module provider
  • Excellent technical or functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors: especially LMS, Performance&Goals, Recruiting, and Succession&Development
  • Excellent technical or functional knowledge of SAP HR especially:  time management, payroll, Org-Management, and Masterdata handling 
  • Experience with 3 party providers of HR Service modules
  • Good understanding of HR processes and how these are translated into technical configurations
  • Proven record of independently developing standards and managing processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and can be a true consultant to the business
