Job description
Responsible for overseeing the greenfield start-up project of a factory dedicated to manufacturing adhesive products, ensuring seamless integration of machinery and processes:
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and construct machinery aligning with manufacturing requirements.
• Optimize machinery performance and efficiency by integrating modern technologies and digitalization.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards during construction and commissioning.
• Define the factory layout to streamline workflow and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and performance tests on machinery to uphold product standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, addressing complex issues and facilitating smooth operations.

Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree – Mechanical engineer
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in production company
• Start-up experience in production industry is highly desirable
• Fluent in the English language
• Problem-solving-oriented profile with a hands-on approach and working style
• Enjoy being in a multicultural environment, and available for frequent business trip to vendors or HQ

Senior Tool Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a leading full-service supplier for interior solutions in vehicles, we are looking for an exceptional candidate to fulfill the position of: Tool Coordinator

Job description:

– Contributes to the management of the shop floor and coordinates changes, optimizations and preventive maintenance with the injection molding department, the internal toolmaking department, and with external toolmaking partners;
– Performs tool checks and injection molding procedures at one of the Fischer Group locations;
– Coordinates relocation with an international tool management team and local tool workers and technologist / injector experts,
– Make final changes, adjustments and optimizations of tools and controls internal and external interfaces in coordination with the international project team;
– Supervises database and management tools;
– Evaluates requests for changes and monitors changes in the database of articles CM App,
– Monitors and optimizes processes, workflows and work environment in accordance with fPS (Fischer Process System);
– Controls maintenance and repair costs;
– Responsible for injection molding tools in series production

Job requirements

– Candidate needs to be mechanically oriented with knowlegde of metal processing as well as treatment of the surface of the metal
– Communication skills regarding cooperation with external suppliers, spare parts ordering
– Experience in industry on similar position, mold maintenance for injection molding or metal stamping tools
– Familiar with all kind of metal processing, milling, grinding, polishing
– Excellent knowledge of the English language in written and oral form (German preferable)
– Basic knowledge of CAD
– 5S, Office package – advanced level
– Ability to collaborate in a team environment, prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result
– Willingness to travel

Business Process Manager

Your main tasks:

Consulting internal customers on the design, documentation and revision of efficient business processes

Improvement of the business process model and methods, and development of standards (organizational- /procedural- /work instructions)

Administration, standardization and maintenance of the business process map in the PWO Group

Management of and participation in various projects (e.g., development of new business processes in cooperation with departments within the PWO group)

Project controlling as well as managing implementation projects with the help of agile methods

Developing Concepts for Solutions as part of a team and coordinating with specialist departments, taking into account economic and technical aspects

Consulting, supporting and training departments on business process and IT application topics

Coordination and administration of an IT system in the role of system manager

Establishing and performing regular communication between the system managers

Continuous improvement and optimization of system-supported processes

Designing, moderating, documenting and following up workshops in coordination with other departments

Collaboration on IT governance topics (ITIL / ITSM / ISMS)

Your profile:

A degree in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of studies

First work experience preferable

Very good understanding of business processes

The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and topics

Analytical thinking skills as well as a strong solution orientation 

Confident and cooperative appearance as well as assertiveness

The ability to communicate profitably at different levels

Ability to work in a team and customer oriented

Good knowledge of MS Office programs

Very good knowledge of English (at least C2)
