Process Planer for single parts

On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of: Process Planer for single parts

Job description:

•    Project management for single parts until SOP
•    Responsible for product process planning of single parts as well as giving support regarding component design and drawing design
•    Contribute to increase the competitiveness and responsible for achievement of deadlines, costs and quality goals
•    Make feasibility studies and define requirement specifications for tools  
•    Cost analysis and economic efficiency calculation
•    Prepare product and processcalculations 
•    Analyse, evaluate, develop and optimize manufacturing processes with a focus on deep drawing
•    Further development of the used processes, technologies and methods and set new standards 
•    Technical contact person in the project for all other teams
•    Approval of new tools / machines
Participate in meetings regarding tools and sequence of operations drawing
•    Support in try outs (organization, preparation and follow-up of try outs)
Job requirements:

•    Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering profession 
•    Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as process planner in automotive area, ideally in an international company 
•    Good knowledge in metal forming, mounting techniques. Experience with welding processes would be a plus
•    Profound experience in project management and product process planning
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
•    Independent, loyal, reliable and flexible
•    Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
•    Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking 
•    Good skills in MS Office (especially excel), SAP knowledge would be a plus 
•    Experience with MTM analysis
•    Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1 
•    Willingness to travel 
 

 

Design Engineer of Process Simulation

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of : Design Engineer of Process Simulation. 

Job description

Determination of manufacturing concepts / methods for metal forming processes
Creating surfaces in form design
Planning and execution of Finite Element Simulation (FE – Simulation) for metal forming
Documentation of the results
Examination of feasibility and effective production using Finite Element Simulation
Coordination internally and externally with customer requirements as to which criteria of the simulation the suitability of further developments
Interface to suppliers / partners and close results must be used for a feasibility assessment
Define and acquire the required material parameters
Proposals for design adjustments to achieve a stable process
Aligning and feedback of simulation results with real production
Keeping the system up to date and checking cooperation with the internal Group departments

Position Requirements

Completed formal education in engineering, materials science, metals engineering or comparable, ideally with a focus on process simulation
Practical experience in carrying out Finite Element Simulation and empirical studies
Good knowledge in the use of simulation software (AutoForm, NX)
Good verbal and written English language skills
Knowledge of German language would be a plus
Independent, proactive and team-oriented way of working
Driving license B and medium readiness to travel

 

 

Leader of subsidiary project management

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfil the position of Leader of subsidiary project management.

Your responsibilities:

 Responsibility for project planning for new projects in our Serbian location
Independent leadership of projects in close coordination with headquarters
Predictive project management to achieve the agreed project objectives in terms of deadlines, quality, recourses, costs, and cash flow 
Professional communication within the overall project team (internal and external) and securing the necessary resources and expertise to ensure that the project objectives are achieved
Identifying project stakeholders and drafting a stakeholder management plan
Coordinating the framework conditions, e.g. decision-making and reporting structures as well as the organization's quality requirements, taking into account relevant legal regulations 
Controlling and monitoring external service providers
Assessing project changes and initiating corrective and/or preventive measures where necessary, taking into account efficient structures and methods
Carry out opportunity and risk management
Documentation and maintenance of project-describing documents and reporting 
Further development of existing and identification of potential projects in cooperation with the client

Job requirements:

University degree in an engineering profession and minimum 5-8 years of experience as a project leader in an international automotive company, ideally work experience in a startup company
Strong value-based interdisciplinary leadership and managerial skills

Excellent communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident manner
High level of numeracy and excellent analytic skills

OT Engineer

On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of OT Engineer.

Job description:
 
– OT and IT Network Management: Harness your expertise in managing our OT network infrastructure, utilizing Fortinet, Siemens Scalance, and Cisco technologies. Your role will involve network architecture and design, cabling, and security management to ensure robust and secure network environments.
– Windows 10 Client and Windows Server 2016+: Take charge of the installation, management, operation, and security of Windows systems in the OT environments, including virtualization.
– DAQ System Installation and Support: Install new IIOT systems and connect them to PLCs and other data sources in the plant, often from various manufacturers. You'll create the necessary signals for data recording in the DAQ (Data Acquisition) based on PLC designations, working with pre-defined signal structures, implementing necessary signal transformations, and configuring data recording processes.
– Implement new DAQ Requirements: Tailor solutions to meet specific user and departmental requirements, which may include the creation of new signals and sensor integration in the DAQ-Service. Further you will implement standard data analysis solutions for the acquired data.

Job requirements:
 
– Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, virtualization, Windows system management, PLC programs, and DAQ (Data Acquisition) system installation and support.
– Completed vocational training as an electrician with subsequent further training, e.g., technician.
– Familiarity with PLC programs, various PLC manufacturers (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens, SINAMICs, and Simotion), and different PLC languages.
–  Proficiency in network administration, virtualization, and Windows system management. Strong knowledge of network technology, including Fortinet, Siemens Scalance, and Cisco.
 – Expertise in PLC fault analysis and integration of measurement technology and sensors.
–  Experience in forming and/or welding technology is a plus.
–  Basic knowledge in data analytics is beneficial.
–  Proficiency English (B1) for seamless engagement in international projects and communication.
