Job description:

• Responsible for applying engineering principles in production to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve equipment reliability.
• Provide guidance and opportunities for learning and development to team members to enhance team performance.
• Ensure the organization complies with safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Optimize the operation of station equipment to meet key performance indicators.
• Implement efficiency improvements and technological upgrades to enhance overall performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment problems and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.
• Analyze the causes of long-term reliability issues, execute expense and capital projects, and provide general assistance in troubleshooting day-to-day issues.

Job requirement:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills.
• Highly organized individual.
• Knowledge of the English language is advantageous.
