Country Representative Junior
On behalf of our client, Italian Consulting Company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of: Country Representative Junior.
Job description:
- Coordinate and regularly communicate with the headquarters in Italy to ensure all activities align with company goals
- Ensure clear and timely communication between the two locations, resolving any issues or misunderstandings that may arise
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings, representing the Belgrade office and presenting any region-specific issues or opportunities
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring all activities are completed within set deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and partners in both locations
Requirements:
- College education with a focus on Economics or a related field
- Fluent level of English and German, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully resolving issues and driving positive outcomes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
