On behalf of our client, international adhesive production company, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Project Launch Coordinator.

Job description
Acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (including R&D)
Analyses client needs and translates them into manufacturing process plans
Coordinates with various internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements
Monitors project progress and identifies potential challenges in process planning
Addresses issues promptly to ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing processes
Maintains regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback
Ensures that manufacturing processes are optimally designed to meet client expectations
Strives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to meet project goals

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from technical faculty (Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy or similar)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in simi lar role in construction /building materials, chemical (sealing, gluing, natural rubber) or wood processing
Profound experience in project management within production environment
Fluent in the English language
