Coordinator/Team leader industrial engineering


On behalf of our client, reputable manufacturing company, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of: Coordinator / Team leader industrial engineering

Job description: 

  • Monitor operations for improving productivity, efficiency & costs
  • Industrialization of new products (specification for assembly line, assembly process, parts supply)
  • Management of the Manufacturing Engineering team (product and process owner within the production plant)
  • Implement procedures to minimize production issues and efficiently resolve problems
  • Deviation management with all necessary interface areas (r&d, production, warehouse, quality, …)
  • Further development of lean management
  • Transfer of new innovative products from development to production (PEP projects)
  • Lead for relocation projects
  • Responsible for the implementation of product changes and the associated adjustments (documentation, SAP master data, work plans, parts lists, fixtures)
  • Layout optimization and material flow planning

Job requirements:

  • Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering management or related fields
  • Preferable experience in: SAP / Lean management
  • Preferable experience in leading projects and teams
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of social and communication skills
  • Solution oriented / willingness for changes and new implementation

Opis posla

  • Kreiranje/prilagođavanje radnih uputstava za sve proizvode
  • Održavanje sistema za izvršenje proizvodnje (MES)
  • LEAN menadžment: kontinuirano unapređenje procesa i proizvodne linije, korišćenje različitih metoda i alata
  • Sprovođenje procedura za minimiziranje problema sa proizvodnjom i efikasno rešavanje problema
  • SAP: promene u majstoru materijala i računu materijala
  • Industrijalizacija montažne infrastrukture: projekti automatizacije, nabavka alatne opreme i nameštaja
  • Intra Logistic: Planiranje protoka materijala, Planiranje rasporeda, Kanban proračun
  • Upravljanje devijacijom
  • Metodi merenja vremena: snimci vremena, računanje vremena usmeravanja, analiza radnih koraka
  • KPI analiza

Zahtevi pozicije

  • Industrijski inženjering, inženjerski menadžment ili srodna polja
  • Poželjno iskustvo u: SAP / Lean management
  • Poželjno iskustvo u: Metodi merenje vremena
  • Tečno znanje engleskog jezika
  • Visok nivo društvenih i komunikacionih veština
  • Orijentisanost na cilj / spremnost za promene i novu implementaciju

Specijalista za unapredjenje procesa i planiranje proizvodnje /OPEX specijalista


Za modernu fabriku u Valjevu tražimo pouzdanu osobu za poziciju: Specijalista za unapredjenje procesa i planiranje proizvodnje /OPEX specijalista

OPIS POSLA

– Utvrdjivanje specifikacija za proizvodna vremena, rad na studijama rada i dela potrebnog za izvodjenje radnih operacija i zadataka u proizvodnom procesu
– Praćenje produktivnosti, efikasnosti proizvodnih oblasti i iskorišćenost (OEE)   mašina i opreme u fabrici
– Identifikovanje prilika za poboljšanje proizvoda i procesa, posebno u svim proizvodnim oblastima, planiranje i održivo implementiranje rezultata optimizacije
– Unos podataka u SAP, održavanje, praćenje i ažuriranje master podataka u bazama, arhivama i SF tablama u proizvodnim oblastima
– Praćenje i uvodjenje novih proizvoda u serijskoj proizvodnji, kao i iniciranje neophodne nabavke komponenti, alata i opreme, vodeći računa o kvalitetu, rokovima i troškovima
– Implementacija Lean proizvodnje i alata u procesu proizvodnje i rad sa istim
– Vodjenje i aktivno učestovanje u Lean projektima i kaizen radionicama
– Izvodi edukacije i treninge zaposlenih u fabrici

PROFIL KANDIDATA

– VI/VII stepen stručne spreme tehničkog usmerenja,
– Poznavanje LEAN i MTM metoda,
– 3-5 godina iskustva rada u proizvodnim sistemima,
– Rad u sistemu SAP
– Poznavanje MS Office paketa,
– Dobre komunikacione veštine, timski rad, sistematičnost, organizovanost
– Poželjno znanje engleskog ili nemačkog jezika

Job description:

  • Conducts tendering, evaluation of offers & conducting negotiations of goods and services
  • Builds and maintains relationship with existing suppliers, seeks new trustworthy suppliers and manufacturers and ensuring their deliveries are on time, complete, free of damage, and within budget
  • Analyses procurement market as well as identifies new contractual partners
  • Conducts competence analysis and identifies of strengths and weaknesses of potential service providers
  • Processes requisitions and updates end users on the status of orders
  • Monitors annul contract realization
  • Keeps records of POs and monitors delivery deadlines and scope
  • Maintains the Master Data records and regular Reporting
  • Identifies savings potential
  • Supports production departments in procurement issues
  • Adheres and ensures compliance with procurement processes and policy in own area
Position Requirements:

  • Completed College/University with technical or commercial training
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in purchasing, preferably production environment
  • Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • High quality and cost awareness
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • National market knowledge desirable
  • Language skills: Serbian mother tongue (mandatory), English at B2 level, German is a plus
  • Confident handling of SAP (MM) and Office 365 desirable with proficiency in Excel
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
