Job description:

  • Creating a seamless experience for all candidate throughout the interview process
  • Partner with talent advisors and hiring leaders to schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video interviews, and manage the offer documentation process
  • Collaborate with talent advisors to create and continuously evolve our recruiting processes
  • Own and juggle multiple schedules, balancing multiple priorities and miscellaneous projects 
  • Responsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system, Jobvite
  • Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
  • General day-to-day scheduling and administrative duties
  • Coordinate candidate travel and the candidate expenses process, as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum one year in recruiting coordination, operations, or admin role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Customer Service and team-oriented
  • Excellent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
  • Acute attention to detail and exceptionally organized to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information

New Business Manager CT/LIC Norht Balkans

Job description: 

  • Achieve annual sales targets for the territory, provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Strategic multichannel (Direct & Indirect) and multi segments (CT & LIC) focus on winning new business “hunting” in segments considering the complexity coming from different sub segments and making sure support infrastructure is put in place to manage those accounts (80/20 approach to new wins/existing business support).
  • Understand different Subsegments needs and personas behaviours to select the best solution to solve customer pains and being able to present in effective way our solutions.
  • Driving segment pipeline in assigned sales region/sub-region in a complex environment.
  • Manging multilevel relationship at customer side (Quality managers, Purchasing Managers, Production managers etc)

  • Responsible for working closely with Business Development Managers in defining new influencers/approval targets and for executing those agreed under responsibility.

Job Description
Take ownership of all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Develop and implement a robust internal accounting system tailored to the specific needs of our company, including designing processes for efficient data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and budgets aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Generate timely and insightful financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators, to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings, including income tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements
Prepare for and liaise with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring smooth and efficient audit processes
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
