Job description

Person on this position will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall quality of a manufactured product – that it is safe, reliable and meets customer expectations. Quality Engineer will be maintaining the production process by keeping it as efficient and cost-effective as possible, as well as fixing any potential issues in cooperation with production and Quality Laboratory. Person on that position will be as well engaged with supplier quality and will solve problems related to incoming material, supplier auditing and continues improvement.

Define quality standards that products should meet and devise testing methods
Supervise and review quality documentation related to production as needed.
Identify and fix quality issues with the manufacturing process and products
Monitor the entire cycle, looking for malfunctions and productivity issues
Update Quality Management Systems (QMS) with incidents, repairs and improvements
Prepare general reports and approve Quality Laboratory results
Take decision related to produced batches based on Quality Laboratory results
Develop and execute statistical process controls utilizing apt quality tools and statistical techniques.
Follow established quality goals and track progress towards them
Perform internal Process Quality Audits and contributes to general Quality System Continues improvement.
Perform Supplier Quality Audits
Participate in product quality planning and control process (APQP) based on customer’s specifications and requirements
Monitor performance of suppliers and maintain supplier complain process
Cooperate with Customer Quality Satisfaction Engineer in the field of 8D root cause analysis.
Prepare and report suitable and effectual metrics monitoring assigned processes effectiveness and CoQ.Ž

 Position Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
MS Office proficient.
Proficient in English and local language.
Minimum of a Bachler’s degree with a Quality Management, Engineering, Commodity Sciences, Chemistry or related.
Knowledge of Quality Systems ISO 9001 and IATF 161949.
Internal Auditor certificate ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949.
2+ years as Quality Engineer in Quality Department in production environment or in Customer Satisfaction Role
Experience in chemical industry will be an asset.

Job description: 

– Liaises with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
– Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
– Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
– Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
– Researches new products and services to meet company's goals
– Assesses total costs of company purchases
– Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels

Position requirements:

– Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering
– Min 5 years of experience in CAPEX or raw materials for chemical business
– English and Serbian fluent, German and Russian would be considered as advantage
– Experience in planning is advantage
– Knowledge about processes and ERP systems

KEY RESPONSABILITIES​​​​​​

Fixed assets management-posting and controlling all aspects of Fixed assets; controlling entry to plant and comparing it to actual state in ERP system;•  Monitoring monthly expenses and inventories;   
Cost control-determining and posting/allocating costs between direct and indirect, CAPEX/OPEX;
Assisting in calculating of depreciation of fixed assets;
Following laws and regulations related to the field they are in charge of and ensuring it's correct and timely application;
General accounting work-in collaboration with Finance manager;
Controlling and approving SEF invoices-when needed;
Processing payment of invoices-when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three years experience in accounting sector;
Bachelor/Master in economics;
Experience in using ERP system;
MS Office proficient;
Proficient in English and Serbian language;
