Key Responsibilities:
 

Checking incoming materials
Ensuring that the incoming materials issues are identified, recorded, and managed timely
Preparing conclusions on the quality of inspected products
Ensuring control over the proper storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, components, and finished products in the company's departments and warehouses
Involved in MOC processes
Documenting the results of control operations, keeping records of product quality indicators, defects, and their causes, preparing periodic reports on the quality of the produced products and performed work (services)
Involved in setting up risk management processes to ensure risk mitigation during all production business processes
Ensuring the preparation of quality assessments for products at various stages of completion
Performing quality control of the produced products, inspecting work (services) in accordance with the requirements of standards and technical specifications, approved samples (standards), technical documentation, delivery terms, and contracts
Conducting analysis of complaints, studying the causes of defects and violations of production technology, deterioration in work quality, production of defective and substandard products, and developing proposals to prevent and eliminate them
Support the Production manager and ensure the alignment with industry standards, rules, and regulations
Support in setting the system and controlling the implementation of quality management systems, standards, regulations, indicators governing the quality of products (services), advanced control methods involving automation and mechanization of control operations, defect-free delivery systems, non-destructive testing, etc., and creation of specialized tools for these purposes; Ensuring control over the proper storage of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, components, and finished products in the company's departments and warehouses
Participating in determining the range of measurable parameters and optimal accuracy norms for measurements, selecting the necessary means for their implementation
Ensuring control over the condition of measuring and control equipment at the enterprise, their timely submission for state verification, and providing quality control departments with necessary technical documentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the quality control field
Experience with electrical switchgear equipment is an advantage

Job description

 Position Requirements

University degree in technical science 
Knowledge / experience with QS9000 (PPAP, APQP)

Job description

▪ Follows defined quality goals in accordance with the company's Quality Policy and defined project goals
▪ Responsible for PPAP documentation preparation, submission, and approval on delegated projects
▪ Provides support to Global PQE in the APQP process for defined projects from nomination to C phase
▪ Manages the development of the project from the Quality side from the C phase to the completion of the “safe launch”
▪ Regularly maintains contact with the customer regarding problems that arise during the development phase of the project
▪ Communicates requirements and agreements with the customer within the factory
▪ Participates with other colleagues in the preparation of quality documents (control plan, P-FMEA, production documentation)
▪ Prepares project approval in the factory and accompanying de-documentation
▪ In the event of a customer complaint, contacts the customer, initiates and implements the 8D process and verifies corrective activities
▪ Participates in control visits/audits of the customer and third parties as well as in internal checks
▪ Maintains direct contact with the customer regarding quality (incidents, new implementations, product or process modification, specific customer requirements)
▪ Participates in solving internal and external quality problems within the factory and at the customer, organizes selections in case of non-compliant products
▪ Monitors and reports on the implementation of specific customer requirements
▪ Actively participates in QRQC production, QRQC factories and supervises the QRQC process on production lines
▪ Monitors whether the production process is in accordance with the customer's defined requirements, controls SPPC indicators

▪ Implements the MSA process related to control and measurement systems in serial production
