RFQ Coordinator
On behalf of our client, international production company, BizLink Technology, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated
candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of: RFQ Coordinator
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Actively participating in the product design
– Creating a Concept in RFQ stage, which includes (Design, Feasibility, Risk Assessment, Calculation)
– Recheck and approve product calculations within a defined range
– Discuss requested and proposed designs with the customer, to identify the best-fitting solution in regard to Quality, Feasibility, Costs
– Leading a team of 3-5people
– Creating BOM(all products), BOL(only for simple products level 1/2 – existing processes) during RFQ stage
– Risk assessment of new products
– Technical support for the Sales department
– Owner of the cost-calculation process (challenging of designs and costs)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Very good technical knowledge in regard to product design
– Proactive and result oriented
– Fluent English
– Advanced communication skills (internal & external)
– Preferable, knowledge in the cable & wire harness manufacturing industry
– Preferable, experienced with leading a team (~5people)
– Commercial understanding
– Advanced Microsoft Office
