HR Department Manager

For our client, MEI TA Europe, manufacturer of automotive parts, engine parts and general industrial parts, aspiring to be the world leader on the turbochargers market, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of HR Manager in Serbia. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, communicate, and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives
Analyze workforce trends and propose proactive solutions to address organizational needs
Create and refine HR procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Define and implement HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce
Oversee the design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys
Manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on continuous improvement
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
Foster inter-departmental collaboration and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
Design and oversee learning and development programs to enhance employee skills
Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and ensure program effectiveness
Work closely with line managers to understand business objectives and align HR strategies
Provide ongoing support to line management in daily HR-related activities for assigned organizational unit
Monitor the execution of the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven experience as an HR Manager in an international and diverse manufacturing environment 
University degree, preferably in the field of human resources, economics, or business administration
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results
Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and drive change
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing manufacturing environment
Fluency in Serbian language and English
