Shopping Center Manager

Our client is an international successful company operating in real estate industry. To support their local operations, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of a Shopping Center Manager

Responsibilities:

Handle the day-to-day operations, ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements
Design and implementation of budget, strategies, policies and procedures
Develop the attractiveness and profitability of the shopping center
Coordinate team and contractor employee works to oversee daily operations incl. maintenance, security & cleaning, pest control, waste collection, mall administration and customer service
Conduct tenant orientation meetings for the entire shopping center, covering emergency procedures, communication systems and other security procedures relating to the tenants of the shopping centre
Prepare reports and regular communication with COO and other management

Requirements:
College or university degree
Proven experience in the same/similar position
Fluent in English
Knowledge of consumer trends and retail products
Good organizational and mentoring skills
Ability to lead a team and hands-on approach
Reliable and honest personality with strong goal and team orientation
Excellent communication skills and supportive personality
