Sales Representative
On behalf of our client Seko Sieta, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chemical dosing pumps, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Sales representative.
Job description
– Analyze market trends, results, customers feedback and competitors
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
– Compile and analyze sales figures and propose solutions/reactions
– Create, maintain and improve an adequate level of professional and technical knowledge by attending training & workshop, reviewing publications and establishing personal network
– Develop, maintain and enlarge sales volume, product mix and selling price (according to the given pricing policy)
– Report to the Sales Director
– Identity emerging/niche markets/opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status
– Present sales, revenue, customers visits, expenses reports and realistic forecasts
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
– Show ability to communicate (“people skills”) and create relationship
– Stay hardly focused on all the given sales targets
Position Requirements
– Previous experience in sales, ideally in a management position (Area Manager, Country Manager)
– Technical knowledge, especially in pumps, industrial products, swimming pools or in cleaning industries
– Ability to drive and to travel
– Communication skills, confidence and resilience
– MBA could be an advantage
